I had the same issue. Woman/man posted on Kijiji as Dr. Zandra Sabrina trying to sell a sphynx kitten. Ad stated she was located a couple blocks from me, yet upon inquiry also gave me the story about her dead husband/relocation/sending pet through an airline. She/he gave me a bogus website requesting I pay via Western Union. Googled the 2 phone numbers that were given to me, and found they are used together as contacts in multiple ads for animals, cars and furniture. I believe the scammer is a man, as 'Zandra' had the 'airline' call me and it was an middle eastern man who claimed his name was 'John Smith'. Very original. I've been going around flagging any ads I see from them. I hope he/she gets what's coming to them. Pathetic!

This Morgan Smith tried to lure me in by showing photos of cute teacup Persian cats.
Then said they are in Cameroon now and would be sending the kittens by courier company. Charging 300$.

I had the same thing happen just not with her. The guys name was matthew he said he lived in wisconson and had a malamute puppy he would deliver. I then got texts and emails saying i had to pay $200+  for shipping as he shipped her. I checked out the delivery company and they only want money orders. Matthew is now trying to take me to court. He lives in new york. He wroth my address down as billings new york when i live in billings montana. He got very violent over texts and i finally had to block his number. He told me if i didnt pick up his dog hed hunt me down and killme. Watch out for him

I had just got done dealing with this lady about a white teacup pomerian she said she had. The lady had wanted $350 dollars for him that i could not afford, i asked her if i could make an offer of $50 dollars she wouldn't go that low but she said she would go to $200, i told her that i still couldn't afford that and asked her if i could make payments. Finally she said lets make a deal i asked her what type of deal and she told me that if i did a bunch of posts for her on some bulldog puppies she had i would get the puppy for free. Well i did all that for her and got her some other things done for her, so finally she said that i could have the puppy but she always kept putting me off in coming to get the puppy. Finally when i had enough of her putting me off i came onto Craigslist today to look at some other puppy i was interested in and saw this post about her being a scam so i decided to reply back to it. By the way she said her name was Gail Rose when i talked to her and she said she lived in Stockett Montana.

Just got a message as well, she goes by the name of Dr. Gail Jennifer.  States she is a dentist and just relocated to Albany NY.  I got suspicious when I saw the same pictures on another web site with a different name.  She states she is having a financial hardship.  I am going to contact the police today.  Thanks to everyone who posted.  Kept me from making a big mistake.  Her number she has been texting me from is 518-618-2177

I just dealt with this lady by the name of Dr Gail Sabrina also. She advertised  3  teacup pomeranians on Craigslist  for sale. At first she would never call me....just text or email me. She advertised them in Keeseville NY but when texting with her... for some reason now she lives in New Caracas PA and knowing how bad I wanted one of the puppies..she could have one delivered at my doorstep through a Pet Courier Service. Then the  phone calls started rolling in .. after researching the phone numbers from this so call Air Port Courier service   301-494-5324  and 202-670-4807 they are out of  Washington D.C,  Gails phone number is 518-618-2177.Then they wanted me to send money Western Union and after talking to the gentleman - could not understand a fricken word he was saying ...which I think is intentional..I told him that something didn't seem right because they wanted me to send the money to an international Airport out of Cameroon... he had this big ole spiel about why it was international .. didnt understand that because  PA is only 5 hrs away from me.. When Gail called me ..I told her the only way she was going to get money from me is if she drove to my house and handed me the puppy..then she get the money and she hung up. The idiots are still trying to call me.

Never send money, never never never.  There is no dog, never was a dog.. and any reputable, responsible dog breeder would never never never ship a dog, especially a little puppy,. it would probably kill them !!!  They make up a crazy story like my husband died or my wife died and these pups are named, housetrained, know tricks,  and trained and already to find that wonderful loving home like your home..  just send the shipping fee... yada yada..and all your information.. where you live, what you do... they just want your bank check sent to them....They work in a large room, with desks against the wall, filled with computers,  all these jerks are from computer lines, like from Nigeria.  They get a dozen people and a dozen computers and put out ads on craigslist all over the states and fish for suckers.  They post photos of posed nice clear photos that they get off the internet, many different breeds of dogs, a pup with a prop, a pink blanket, a cute toy, a colorful flower and say.. for adoption, for free... whatever.    You email them and you get that endless form, format letter back.  They can't speak English well, and are just fishing for YOUR money.  It's all a scam.  No one who breeds their dogs who is interested in their well being would ever ship.,..  these people are all scammers, thieves !!!!  FLAG THEM ALL, CHECK MANY CITIES, THEY ARE POSTING ALL OVER THE STATES.  DELAWARE, WASHINGTON, PHILADELPHIA, BALTIMORE, BOSTON, ETC. ETC.   AT LEAST 20 CITIES, and they only need a few suckers to reel in that bank cashiers check !!!!!!

Gail Sabrina is a scam.  I just spent 3 hours talking to her via text and email.  She had an ad on the internet offering 2 free African Greys to a good home.  She initially told me they were "Christian birds."  When I inquired what this meant she said that she is religious and they were raised in a religious home.  She gave me tales of her dead husband, her work in the orphanage and her other charity work.  When I said I would come and get the birds and she could meet me she said that she would fly them out to me instead tomorrow for no cost.  After a couple more texts she asks for $400 for flight costs.

This was the number which appeared on Dr. Gail Sabrina email to me trying to give away her 2 English bull dogs.  The other number which appeared in Kijiji is 347-569-6396.  I knew something was fishy because she mentioned that based on the pictures I sent her of our home (which I never did such thing) she is so happy that her puppies will go to a nice home.  I told her we don't have lots of money for the puppies, and she said money is not an issue and she would just rather know that her puppies are in a happy home. I'm alerting the local police for this Fraud.  Good thing no money has been exchanged.

I have been emailing this Gail Sabrina person regarding English Bull Dogs.  She used the same story about the dead husband and being transferred to N.Y. and she works for Catholic Orphanage.  The 2 phone numbers supplied in the ad is never picked up.  And she claimed she tried to call me back, but there's no evidence of that on the number I gave.  She said that I could have the pups for free because God has sent me to her to take care of the pups.  I'm glad I checked her name out.

Yeah I am currently in that situation she told me she worked in an orphanage that she had two tea cup pom that she wants to get rid of because she doesn't have a home for them..I asked her if I could pick them up and she said according to google maps I lived 10 hrs away...I told her that's impossible I visit NY fequently and there's no way it takes that long..she went on saying the ride was too uncomfortable for the the pups...and they would get delivered to my door step..I knew something didn't sound right..she was being way to generous..she told me if I sent her pictures monthly of the dogs she would let me have them both for $380 she just wanted to make sure the dogs had a stable home "Gail Sabrina" is the name she claims to go by..they weird part is that I originally txt another number and she txt me back from this one...I'm glad I google her name...she needs to be stopped!!

I just went through the whole thing with this woman. I was so excited about this puppy, a little red female, we were in correspondence by email but I started thinking something was up when she mentioned about me taking the puppies when I specifically stated originally we wanted the little red female. Then she emailed me with pictures of white ones and called me (which I couldn't hear her very well) and said she'd call me back. In the meantime I googled her name to find out it was a scam. A few minutes later she called back explaining she lived in the states and that the puppies would be shipped (she would let me know the price). I previously replied to her shipment wasn't necessary as we would drive from Hamilton to Toronto to pick up the puppy and meet her personally. I further acknowledged to her I knew about the scam and what I read about on the computer, she went quiet then became on the defensive by saying it was all a lie, she was going to check it out and call back. Of course she never did.
