They called and hung up before I could answer.  Call display said it was from TLS Connecting Voices

I called the number back - recorded operator voice said:

TLS - connecting voices

googled that and found the website.  May be coming off of Facebook???

I had an estimate from College Pro Painters earlier in the Spring and decied to go with a local vendor.  This call was to tell me they were running a 10% Summer Discount.

What'd they say?

They called and I answered. They asked for someone, I said can I take a message. They said no, then hung up.

Stop Calling - on National Do Not Call List

I get calls from this number ALL the time.  No message...no answer.  Look up "Phone Spoofing" and you'll see how some of these companies can disguise their calls.  I got a call from Washington State from a guy with an East Indian accent trying to scam me into allowing him to access my computer as I had a problem.  He said he was from Microsoft.  Yeah right!  Then he told me to FO.  I retorted with a little more verve and then ended the call.

get a call from this number about once every 2 weeks, no voice mail, no caller ID. what's up with this?  I'm on the DNC list and update it regularly just to make sure.

probably get off their list when you change your phone number.  What I did was put it in my cell phone list, gave it the name "ignore3", and gave it a silent ring, so not to run my battery down, or wake me up when I am sleeping.
When "ignore3" calls, which is not often, I never answer it and no one else can hear it.  I figure when I change my cell phone number in the future the problem will go away.

Canadian phone number not subject to the 'do not call' law in U.S.  Just another way U.S. based companies get around the laws.

Calling for CertaPro painters who we had do some painting last year. Since we had a bad experience with CertaPro when my wife told them she wouldn't let them paint our dog house they promptly hung up. I don't think they will call again.

519-439-9247 called me in victoria, bc for the 1st time today...not looking forward to tomorrow...grrrr!!  Never heard of those companies listed above.....

I get a call from 519-439-9247 every day.  They never leave a message and I regard them as a complete nuisance.  How can I get rid of them?

Have received several missed calls from them over last few weeks.  Don't leave message and I don't call back.

Guys, DONT' FRET!!!  This is not a solicitation call!!!  

This is simply the TLS call center in London, Ontario, Canada doing Quality Assurance follow-up calls for either CertaPro Painters, California Closets, Paul Davis Restoration, Pillar to Post, Handyman Connection, Floor Coverings International or any of their other affiliate companies.  I know this because I first freaked out when I started getting these calls until I answered one.  They are calling to follow-up whether you hired one of their companies or not just to ensure that they remain on the cutting edge of customer service with all of their many companies.  Calling the number back will be an international call (Canada) and the appropriate fees will apply so, beware.

Personally, I have used CertaPro Painters, California Closets and Handyman Connection multiple times because of their great service delivery.  I have had AMAZING results with all of their services and quality was unmatched.

FYI - Even if you are listed on the DO NOT CALL LISTS, your number is still available to telephone survey companies. They're not under the telemarketing category.

I received a call from this number just now and no message was left.

They call every few weeks. If I didn't put them in my address book I wouldn't answer them. "Reverse Lookup" gives a location as London Ontario, but no name.

It cost me 39 cents a minute for an international call.  Don't answer if you don't have an international plan is my advise!

I keep getting this number. they call me numerous times thoughout the day for someone else. I work third shift so they have been waking me up during the day and its really starting to piss me off. I dont want to go through the major hassle of changing my number. Does anyone have any suggestions:?

Called 8/11 and didn't leave message. I see CertaPro comments above and we just had a job done by them. Assume it's their follow up marketing call. Will answer and cut off quick so I don't have to deal with them calling again and again and again.  Thanks for the info everybody.
