Call the #  1-519-686-3595 say what happen with the # they called you with and ask to be taken off the list if you can remember the persons name you can give that there too.

Just got a call from PA care and answered questions.  Tried the website and was warned by AVAST that this was an infectious site.

This is a legitimate company. Don't be worried. If you don't want them to enter your home, decline the gift basket and asked not to be contacted again. They gladly take your name off the list. They will call once a year.

Personal questions such as your employment and your spouse or if you own or rent your home is to see if you can afford the overly expensive piece of crap machine they're trying to sell you. This 20 second survey leads to a gift basket, and once they get into your home, they try and sell you a couple thousand dollar air machine.

Platinum Air Care. If you think that's bad, you should hear what they say when you hang up....

The office where they call from is on Third and Dundas in London Ontario.. the main office line is:519-686-3595..  Nick is the owner..  if you have any complaints call your local Police station or Lawyer.  Or even better yet stop in and say hello.. maybe sit and bug them while they work!  Need to put a stop on the scam they are doing!

Just had a call as well, said No Thank you, he said actually you don't have a choice for testing. I then said oh, is this government regulated I haven't received a notice in the mail. To which he replied, well no but... He said he would call back. The number they used 519-686-3595

I too received a call. I wasn't home at the time but thanks to all of your posts I will be in touch with my local police and Make them aware.Unfortunately I live in a retirement community and I can see a lot of the elderly in our community being taken by these heartless, schisters. I too just received a call from 519-964-0075 and the same thing happened to me.  As soon as I told the girl I wasn't going to answer anymore questions because it was getting personal, i.e. what field of work I am in, she hung up on me. I called back that number twice, and she just picked up and stayed on the line. I told her I am reporting her to the police and she finally hung up.  I am registered on the Do Not Call List so I have entered a complaint there and I will be contacting the London Police to register a complaint also.  This needs to stop!

Tuesday, July 17, 2012 --- We live two hours east of Toronto.  Just received a call at 2:30 pm EST this afternoon from a young man claiming to be "Dave" from P.A. Care. Asked if I was Mrs ..... Didn't confirm whether or not I was, but when I asked him who he was and what he was calling about, he said he was conducting a 20 second survey. When I said no thank you and to take our phone number off of their calling list, he muttered something under his breath and hung up. I've forwarded the complaints from this website along with those from other complaint sites to the London, Ontario police and to Bell Canada. I don't know if London has a Better Business Bureau, but I'll cc a copy to them as well. Apparently P.A. Care has already been cited on one such BBB website with complaints -- google BBB and P.A. Care possibly known under the name of "Platinum Air Care" and "Pulmonary Air Association" in London, Ontario. We have call display -- our call came from 519-964-0071.  I wonder if these are persons who're calling using their own home phones. There are a number of different numbers cited on various complaint sites on the Internet from using 519-area and the supposed "surveyors" have names such as Dave, Derrick, Valerie, and John, etc.

i get this call all the time I block one number and he uses another  519 686 3595  today he told me I had one a price and got very upset with me because I told him I had heard it all before  thanks but no thanks  I hung up and blocked this number as Well   they call themselves PULMANARY CARE ASSOC

i was eating popcorn when these people called and i wasnt rude to them or anything and they asked what kind of field i was employed in and i said it as i was chewing on the popcorn and the man replied "sorry could you repeat that, i couldnt hear you over your f*ucking chewing" i then hung up and tried to call back and did get any answer.

I just received a call from P.A. Care - 519-964-0072.
The guy sounded young and pleasant, it was a survey in my area about air quality - does anyone have asthma, allergies or emphazema? Yes.  He asked a couple more questions including whether or not I had a spouse, whether or not we owned the house, what field of work we are in etc. He asked if we had pets in the house, I answered yes. I didn't tell him that the dog is a trained german shepherd personal protection dog LOL! When he asked if we are renters or home owners and I told him that the answer would have nothing to do with air quality so I refused to answer. He told me that home owners take better care of the home than landlords do.  I see now that the truth is a renter wouldn't likely but some expensive air filtration unit.  I'm not worried about break-ins, but I really wouldn't recommend it.  By law they are required to take us off a call list when we request it.  Threatening to call the BBB is usually enough to get most to leave you alone, but it doesn't sound llike that's going to work!

I had a smilar call on Feb 2/12 for a 20 second survey. I said yes just to get rid of them but I am suspicious about them breaking into my house or something like that especially as they asked if I had a spouse. My caller ID shows them to be P. A. Care at 519-964-0068. I called back later that day but there was no answer.

This P.A. Care place has been callimg my home everyday.Today they called three times.My husband answered the phone.They said they would be right over.I told my husband are you nuts?I want to see what these people look like.Next step I will phone the police.It gets scary,you wonder if you dont answer the phone.They might rob you.

I just had a call from P.A Care same story as everyone else, wanting to do survey, I wasnt thinking or i would of said no, I figured I would answer the questions since there were only a few. It was on allergies, If i smoked, what my  job was? do I live here alone? any pets? the phone number they used was 519-964-0072. Once I hung up I got to thinking about It and looked them up online to make sure they were a ligitimate company, I came across many complaints. I hope they dont come and try and break into my house.
Has there been any investigation done on these people, they could be part of a break in scheme? wanting to know If i had any dogs or If i live alone, Im kind of nervous now that I said I was retired and had no dog?

When I said hello they hung up. Called back and after six rings they picked up and hung up, Called back again and let it ring to hell, over two dozen times before they picked up and hung up. I called them right back - busy signal

They called repeatedly. I now just hit the speaker phone and do not say anything. Its does not stop them but at least I do not need to listen to their crap.

They call pretending to be doing a survey about asthma, allergies, and air quality.  Then they call the next day claiming you have been selected to win a gift basket and insist upon delivering it when you and your spouse are both home.  I did some research on them - turns out this whole survey and gift basket thing is a ploy to get you to let them in to your house so they can try and sell you their expensive air filtration system.

Care also.  What does the question "do you have a spouse" have to do with air quality survey.  Perhaps they think he would smell up the place  or somehow lower the air quality???  Caller was very succinct but not rude and finished the call when every answer to all his questions was no, thanking me for my time.

Same thing, they called asking to do a 20 second survey. I advised the female caller that I was on a "do not call" list. She replied 'oh you are on this list' and when I said to take me off her list, she shouted "NO" and hung up on me. Extremely rude.

I asnwered no to every question and at the end I asked the guy if he believed my answers just being humorous since he invaded my space. He called me an a**hole...I said I have your number..he said..well I have yours and then proceeded to call me about 20 times in a row. When I said I would report them to Bell Canada, he asked me what could they do about it? I realize this is probably a voip telephone system however they are using Bell lines and something can be done. We have to figure out who owns the line or telephone service they are subscribing to and have them shut down by Bell. A voip company still uses land lines and pays for them so somewhere we should be able to get these guys shut down.
Does anyone have an address or real name of this company other then P.A. Care? His tactics last night border lined on harrassment and the police can be called about that.

My wife received a phone call from 519-963-0757 just after 5:00pm while she was trying to put together supper and told them she was too busy doing supper to talk to them.  The guy on the other end stated, "Is everyone having supper now?"  My wife replied, "In this household they are!"  The other person immediately hung up.  My wife thought this was rude, so she called back asking to speak to a manager.  A female voice on the other end immediately replied, "Oh, I'm sorry, we're all having supper."  and hung up on my wife.  This infuriated my wife.  Something has to be done about these people!

I used *69 to get their number and phoned 3 or 4 times.  They would lift the receiver and hang up.

Very RUDE, soon as you say no they hang up on you! Nobody likes to be hung up on. Where is technology, we should be able to input all these #'s in our own phones and be able to block them with a message like "Your a rude scammer". Wonder how long they would last then :)
