This company keeps calling and calling, now they say they are going to call my other accounts and see if they are paying them and not his clients... I filed Bankrupcty two years ago, but they won't stop calling and its was my ex-husband debt...Won't give his Company name but says he's Alan Greenspan.. Really ???? told the Attorney and they still won't stop...

They are calling and telling me I have to come up with a large amount of money to give there client and or they will sue me and put a judgement against me . And they will not accept payment other than a large amount before they would consider any type of payments .

The office of Randall and Richardson is a low income lawyer who  has no one to defend;  he pays minimum wage to a bunch of retarded people to they tell you  they will report you to the IRS. Like the IRS is going to make you answer their calls and pay them for their SCAM.      Be aware of this Randall and Richardson "big SCAM" collection agency , report them and you will make money from their SCAM.

Rude person! Would not tell me what company he was from. Had to look up # on internet. Talked to nice person (said he was director) and he would talk to person who called. Hint for people trying to solicit our business: JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT AND I WILL TELL YOU IF WE NEED IT.

These people are calling private numbers not associated.  This is a nuisance call.

Its a commercial 3rd party collections company called Randall and Richardson. either they are soliciting your business, or someone hired them to collect a debt from you or the company you own or work for.
