I received an obscene call from this number on Oct 19 at 7:35

keeps harrasing me wont quit calling.

rcvd call late from a guy from sms fidelity 520-423-6575 -regarding charge cards -stated i could make $2000-50000 a month...but he had to ask me questions...told him i'm not imterested-- he started getting agressively sarcastic..i asked to speak to his supervisor-- he said he is the supervisor- i told him again i was not interested and to remove my number from the list- he continued to talk over me so i hung up.. he immed called me again from an 866-395-4677 like 15 times back to back..woke my baby up n all......

Oh my goodness.....your description is so accurate.  This is exactly what we're getting.  They even told us that tomorrow all our credit cards would be denied, because they have so much authority.  It's harassment in the BIGGEST form.  Someone needs to get to the bottom of this.

I am so tired of receiving phone calls from SMS Fidelity from this no. and several others.  They just DO NOT STOP!!!  Both my husband and I have asked them several times to take us off their calling list, but they keep on calling.  When we ask them to STOP, they get irate and hang up.  It's so frustrating!!!!  Where can we turn to complain and put a stop to this?  Does anyone know?

I just received a call from this number and hung up on the man.  Then he called back from 866-3954677 and asked for my elderly father.  I asked who was calling and he finally said Frederick Merriweather, and finally said he was with FMS and that I was rude because I hung up on him and if I hung up again then we would start receiving hundreds of calls from him.  I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the owner. I asked if he was threatening me and that I would contact and attorney and he told me I would not and there would be a lot of legal fees.  I hung up on him again.  If the phone calls start coming, I am going to note the number of times we recieve the calls, and then just leave the phone off the hook.

Scam call from 520-423-6575 when I asked him to stop calling he became very hostile with me saying I told him to call when I specifically did not and asked several calls to remove my number

This person call and didn't leave a message. I called back and I can't leave a message. Stupid game!!!

i keep getting calls from this number.   They just hang up when i answer :(

she said she was from FMS and I said I couldn't buy anything, she said why not, I said it was none of her business, she said she wasn't selling anything, called me a dip sh!! and hung up on me.  real class.

Her name was Marsha and stated that she had a business opportunity for me.  I asked politely to have my name and number removed from their call list.  She said 'well you shouldn't put your number out there'.  I told her never to call me again and to mind her own business as to who I give my number too.  She said they'll still call me.  Unless you have someone you know call from AZ already preprogrammed on your cell, don't take any calls from AZ as they won't leave you a message.

'Paul Devore', supposedly from FMS presented the same scam to me. I was driving for a  while, bored, so I listened and followed along for some 25 minutes!   Had 3 levels of buy in, 295.00, 395.00, and 495.00. of which you'd get a 200, 300, and 500 dollor 'finder fee' givin for each succesful referral, per terminal in that retailer. PLUS, 1% of that retailers monthly sales, half of the 2% fee the company charges for use of each credit card terminal!!!  So...  Why wouldnt I toss $495.00 at him, I am guarenteed to get a  commision check within 21 days! Plus. Likely more, and larger checks in monthes to follow, 8-10 grand a month!!!!  residual income for the rest of my life!!  Im a skeptic, so, I told him Id think about it and call back. He kept pushing, and pushing, which told me he was fake!  
 Paul Devore, really does exsist, hes the CEO or whatever of FMS, but, hes a  bit older than the young guy I spoke with. unless, maybe thats his dad. lol. Either way, he is persistant, long winded, and a   pretty good 'salesman'!!!   But.....  IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT LIKELY IS!!!!!

I caught the dude and traced him to the telephone number of 602-466-1181. They are scammers trying to say they represent charge card processors aND TRY TO TAKE $495 FROM YOU with Promises that you will make thousands and risidual income for life.

RIGHT & I  have several thousand bridges to sell these jerks. Stay away from them and block their number. They are scam telemarketers that phish with telephone numbers when they try to call you to get your charge card infor.

This telephone number belongs to a Scammer located out of Phoenix, AZ. The make massive phone calls out and try to get you to purchase an affiliate ID to provice them with leads to go through them to process chaarge cards. They are scammers and call the number 602-466-1181 & you will reach the scammer in Phoenix AZ.

They keep hounding me at my home, so I have blocked their number. Do not fall for their spill!!!!
