Just got a call ~ didnt answer as I dont answer unknown calls ~ no voicemail left. Looked it up and came here. Note must now be doing West Coast as Im Oregon but mines a Do Not Call cell ph list. Arrrgh

A woman answered and I asked if they knew who they were talking to (to make sure it was for me and not my ex-wife) the woman said "Jesus!" and hung up. Hilarious but definately a SCAM!

I got this guy too. He called my cell phone and my landline. I also got a couple of prank callers a few days ago, so I'm sort of hoping it's a couple of kids having "fun".

My 15 yr. old daughter got a call from this number telling her they could lower her interest rate on her credit card (doesn't even have one!!). My biggest concern at this point is..she has a private, non-listed number, so how are they getting people's numbers!! When I called it back repeatedly all I got was a busy signal.

I got a call from this number and I was waiting for an important call so I picked up and I hear the recording tell me to press 1 to lower my interest rates on my credit card because they were calling from "card services" I pressed 1 to tell them that I didn't have a credit card and some fkin bitchh goes "Ohh I don't have a credit card" in a sarcastic voice mocking me and then hung up!! What the hell!? And I also can't call back. Is there anywhere I can report a number??

at 2:48 PM EST I got a call from this number.  I am from NJ.  This is the first of these kinds of calls that I have received.  When I try to call back I either get a busy signal or a message saying this person has not set up their voice mail yet.

I got a phone call from this number. I called them back and heard the operator said "The voice mail has not been set up yet"

I got a call from this number a few days ago.  I hung up when they didn't identify themselves.  If you want to make a complaint contact the FCC and your state's attorney general.

i just got a phone call from them today also. I called back and there wasnt even the ringing sound when waiting for the other line to pick up. So i called back and the line was busy. No idea who it is

The exact same with me.  They called, I called it back and only got a busy signal several times in a row before I gave up.

This was an automated service that was nice enough to tell me that 'Everything is fine with YOUR CREDIT CARD' but that I could lower my interest rate.  Annoying scam... who falls for this stuff enough to make it worth the time to set up the computer and record someone's voice?

In Rhode Island just got this call don't know who it is, called the # got a busy signal, called again, voice mail box not set up yet.  I think it is some kind of a scam.

Yea, I just got a call from this number. 7/15/2010 about 6:30pm CDT. Didn't answer cause I was on the other line, but now that I read this I don't think I'll call back. Sounds like a scam to me.

7/15/10 - got call from this number 7:45 Eastern, didnt answer.  Tried to call back got busy then same as in other posts..... this person did not set up VM.

Just got the same call about 5 minutes ago, answered it and no one was on the other end of the line. I will be very irritated if they call again.
