My wife answered the phone because she was expecting a call from a friend that is "Out of the Area". The caller asked for me by name! She asked who is calling and he said "Rescue and Relief Fund"  calling about the "Federal relief program". This number has called several times this month. Because it looks like a local number I don't want to block the area code, so I blocked the whole number with my digitone call blocker.

Keeps calling no message and hangs up when I pick up!
