Just received a phone call for this number.  Man on other end said my number back to me and said I won a travel package and I could choose one of the following, he went on and said the packages.   I asked who he was with....his voice sounded Arab and I could not understand him until the third try.  Kings Grant Plantation Travel.  I then asked him to take my number off his call list.  That did not work because he went on to describe that they are a new company and wanted to get the word out about there wonderful travel deals.  Again I said I do not need a travel company and remove my number from your list.

Received a call from what sounded like a man impersonating a female Chinese accent. They said they were from the city my area code has. I started laughing and hung. Received two more calls after that I didnt answer.

The company name is HR International.  The pitch, a heavy indian accent is  "you won a 3 day vacation package" .... "this is not a sales call" . They called a private residence line. Haven't posted anything to CL, so they are getting the number some other way.

Received call 2 mornings in a row a little after 9:00.  Same dude.  Foreigner saying something about diabetes and that his information shows that my doctor has diagnosed me with diabetes.  I am not diabetic.  I told him NO both days and told him do NOT call back.  2nd day he just hung up.
But, before that he said he could assist me with canes, walkers, etc.

got a call from 540-878-4627, i didn't answer, no message. called it back got a busy signal, called it again it rang once, my call was answered but just a loud screeching noise on the line then the line went dead. every other time i called it back i got a busy signal. i do not currently have anything listed on c.l & haven't had anything listed in over 6 months

I got today (02/-6/2011) a call from a female. I answered my phone with the business name and she hang up. I called back  (540-878-4627) and the phone was busy.... . I listed yesterday on Craigslist one item that was sold within hour to a male (not a female ) and the listing was removed yesterday night.

I "won" some kind of vacation at a timeshare resort or something.  Apparently I filled out an entry form at Bass Pro a while back.

I just had a missed call.  No message.  I do not have any adds on C/L.

Called many times in a row after craigslist ad, never anyone on line.

I posted an ad on craiglist in florida and I get a call from this number like I hade won something.

The business name was unintelligible, as was most of the call; the voice was very high-pitched and accented, and could either have been a woman or a young child.  Either way, it was stating "you have been selected..." when I figured out that it was a telemarketer or other scammer, and hung up on them.  They called my cell phone; it was probably trolled from a Craigslist ad.

i got a couple of calls from this number today.  I did just post on CL. all i got was a "hello" when i said hello.  If i was quiet, it hung up after a few moments

Got two calls on my cell from this number an hour or so after I posted an ad in craigslist.

I too posted an ad on CL and they didnt leave a message and well when I called the number it was like how they specified the dead zone n yes the timer on your phone goes but no rings or nothing..so i did get a busy signal and hence I am like ok whatever..,anyways I well keep my eyes and ears open to this weird call....thanks for the update u ppl....take care n yeah...anymore replies would be great...:)-0

Wait if it showed up on my call as coming from VA then if the number is in texas WTF I give up..gotta be a joke or something..this is sooo weird..before I posted this I wanted 2 let u ppl know the last bit of info...WARRENTON VA????????????

Received call (at least 2 hours) after posting Craigslist ad

Same here. Seems to be from the Dead Zone. They don't respond and if you call it back, the timer runs but their line doesn't ring.

Me too.. posted an ad on craigslist and they called me.
