Call originates from an auto dialer at All Natural Pest Control out of Oregon.  Call 1 877 662-8449 and have them add you to their Do Not Call list.
Other numbers that it auto dials from include 541 535-7142, 541 535-7147, and 541 535-7145.  Repeated calls from the machine will continue until you call them.
