I did a google search. It came from Lexington Oregon. Unless you want to spend money to find out exactly who it is, and there are a couple places that will supposedly do it for about $15 - $35,I say ignore it! Probably just salesmen anyway...

This is so weird! I just googled this number and I found this page. I just got a call from this number and didn't answer because I have no idea who it is. They did not leave a message. Strange!
