Caller id info was NAME NOT FOUND. 554-000-2115. Google Search brought up a list of 554 numbers in Russia. This number was on the list.

I did not answer this call, but tried to call back. I am aware that 554 is an invalid area code, but someone used it. The caller id info was: NAME NOT FOUND - 554-000-2115. I would very much like to know where the call originated from, and who it was.
