We've been getting hang-up calls every day. I just pressed *69 after one of them, and the number was (555) 555-0120.

I keep getting calls from this number (555)555-0120, and he is stating that he is Michael Green to call him back at 1-800-236-3796. I wish I can stop getting calls from this number,

Get calls several times a day and as late as 10:15 pm but no messages.

Caller has been calling for months, at all hours of the day, ID's himself as Ben Lawless, but will not ID his company or what he wants. 555 area code indicates call is bogus.

I keep getting calls from this number (555-555-0120) every other day or so. Normally it is a Pat Clark" female voice-message looking for my wife. Only 1 time have I actually spoken to someone and explained to him that he would need to call Afganistan and ask Hadji or Acmed to go find her since she is curently deployed over there and has been for several months. It seems like the calls got more frequent over the next week or so then went back to every other day or so. OMG, can't they give it a break? I am about to drop my land-line and just use my cell since I use it more anyway.

I am still getting calls from this number at 6:00 am untill 11:00 pm but no one is there and they leave no message or no one picks up just dead air......I called the police about harrasment but they try to call the number as well and you cannot call it back is this legal ?????

555 555 0120 has just started calling me...its very annoying...these off the wall numbers call me all hours of the day. they just let the phone ring until the answering machine comes on and then they hang up.call shows the number but says unknown name. whats going on?

555-555-0120 is a nonexistent phone number. A message was left to call 800-567-9990. They asked for my phone number and when I refused, they hung up. 800-567-9990 is for National Enterprise System as per the answering system. In trying to get this straightened out, they hung up on me for no reason.

Caller left callback number: 877-603-7131.  I looked that phone# up and found very useful info about consumer rights and how to respond to these harrassing calls.

7/6/09 13:42 PM I received a call from this (555) 555 0120 number and immediately recognized it as a bogus number. I answered and laid in on the guy on the other end. He tried to interrupt me several times to which, I responded by talking over him, and becoming abusive about his company using bogus numbers and 555 area codes, and how I am going to report his sorry a** company to the FTC, and continued to give him a BIG RATION, of ____ for over 5 minutes, before demanding his company never call me again, and hanging up on him.

The (555) area code is a BOGUS area code, if you've ever noticed when someone gives out a phone number in a tv show or a movie, the number usually starts with 555, this is because 555 is not a genuine area code. It is used by bogus (or just bad) collection agencies, or other people using a dialing computer with programmable caller ID functions.

ALSO 555 is only used on TV and Movies.  No matter what city the plot is in the area code they use in scripts is always 555.

USING FAKE NUMBERS IS CALLED CALLER ID SPOOFING AND YES THEY CAN CHANGE THE NUMBER THAT IS DISPLAYED.  WHICH MEANS ITS A SCAM

They called me, I did'nt answer. All the post on here are recent so its a new fake #. Sometimes people can use a number to appear as there phone # to bypass the private # block one might have on incoming calls. Have no clue who it could be.

second time call at 4:09pm from this number did not answer.
I will not answer a unknown nuber if someone wants to talk to me they can reveal them selves first.

just received a call from 1 555 555 0120 no one was there an you cannot call the number back reverse look-up  says its not a real number..can some one explain this ??????

Yesterday (2 July 2009) and today, received calls from 555-555-0120.  We're on all No Call Lists.  We did not answer, and the caller left no message.
