Someone just called a few mins ago from 1-555-999-8888 have no clue they didn't leave a message and we don't answer unknown number such as this due to 100% of those calls are always wrong number looking for people we don't know and they try to ask you for your personal info like what is you name which really is none of their business because they weren't calling for any of us! So we just don't bother answering and for those that do leave a stupid message agin for people we don't know then we just delete them no big deal or bother to us but we know it really pissses them off LOL serves them right for calling wrong numbers!  Even when they told its wrong number they just change their number again and call from another number so just don't waste your time answering if you don't know the number and if they don't leave a message well too bad for them and if they do and its not for you just delete it dont bother calling them back because they will just harrasss you.  These are usually scammers fraud collection agencies who are trying to collect on old debits they have no right to collect on.  Look up statue limitations on collection of old debits  If the orginial collector did NOT to you to court during that time period and they went and sold it to some other collection company years later GUESS WHAT TELL THEM TO F*** OFF! It's against the law for them to harrass you of try to extort money from you.  For Ontario it's 2 yrs from the first late payment not recieved!  So say you had a bad debit from like 2006 and you live in Ontario if that orginial company did not take any legal action within 2yrs THEN NO ONE ELSE can purse you for it!  Sure they will lie to you and try scam you into paying them and if your stupid enough to do it.  YOU WILL FIND OUT YOU GOT RIPPED OFF because it will still show on you credit report as not paid and even if you call the orginal company whom you owed monies too they will clear inform you NO THEY DID NOT give this to any other collector.   Also remeber all bad debts are public access so tons of scammers out there.  Ever noticed ten companies trying to collect on same old debit thats how you know its a SCAM!
