I received a message from a Silvia Julia Smith wanting me not tdisregard the call but have myself or my attorney contact them back at 559-272-1493. When I called the number back it is always busy. They left the same message for me at my office. They also called once before from a number that came across as 00000.

I got a call from them twice and reported them to the BBB I asked them to send me proof and they sent me a $1500 bill to settle a $300 loan that I never received. They told me they deposited money on 15 MAr 2010 and when I looked at my bank statement it was the day I opened my account.  Pure Fraud.

I just got my first one of these, about 4 weeks ago & did a police report.  They had all my identity.  They know where I live, has my whole social, driver's licence number.  Now, I just got another one today, doing the same as what's happened to you and everyone else.

I also received calls from this number, they have had quite a few phone numbers since the first call a little over a week ago. A guy named David Cooper, with a very thick accent, a girl named Jenny, also with a very thick accent. Instead of listening to me, explaining, I do not owe anyone money, they talk over me, telling me i will go to jail if i dont give them 501.00..when i asked "Jenny" how they arrived at that number she said for late fees. I said when did i get the loan? she said you just did now its time to pay. I couldnt stop laughing at her, i told her im calling the Attorney Generals Office, she hung up. so..i kept calling them back, they kept hanging up on me. I wanted to give them a taste of their own medicine. They havent called back since, but i was told they left a message for me at my office.
These people are relentless. It is a scam, if you get a call from a number you do not know, just check it out first. Dont feel threatened at all.

i do too. left a message saying he is Austin Conners. Ive had quite a few calls from different numbers. They claim they are a law office out of California and that i owe some company money and if i give them 501.00 now, they wont arrest me. i couldnt stop laughing. i called them out on their scam. its a call center, somewhere outside the USA. its a total scam.
i kept calling them back, since they hung up on me when i told them they arent lawyers and i dont owe anyone anything. i reported them to the local authorities.
now when i call, it says its not a working number.
someone named David Cooper called last week from a different number which has now been reported and under investigation. its 646-888-8000.
they have very heavy accents, but American names. they had all of my information, my SS#, phone numbers, addresses. just call your bank, tell them what happened and call your local police too. Good luck.

Received this call multiple times from a Grace Wilson. I called her back to tell her I knew this was a fraud but they kept hanging up on me. Now they are calling me over and over, but when I call them out on this they hang up and will not accept the call.

I keep getting treating message for me or my attorney to call them Nicole Lauren at 559-272-1493 it appeared over my phone ID as 0000, I know this is a scam, She has an accent.

I got a call from this number 1-559-272-1493 California,they threatened me to go to court before a judge or pay $502. It was kind of weird everytime they answer the call say Law Office no name I assume it is a scam, and these people I have no idea how they got my info. There is a noise with other people, and these peole are not legitimate. They have accent as well.

These idiots have been calling me for over a year.  They change there name and number frequently.  I have reported it to every agency I could think of.  Now they have my cell phone number.  Just ignore it.  It is a scam and they want you to give them your money.. Please dont do it.

I just received the same call on my cell phone which showed up 0000 and then at work. But the funny thing is I work for a lawyer and the indian guy whose name was Jerry King couldn't say anything else after I told him that I work for an attorney and I wanted proof of this lawsuit.

Hi, I also received a call from this number, Grace Wilson (so she said is her name) left me a message at work with the receptionist. Threat me to file a law suit against me.
I was scare but now that I know is not just me this people seems to be harrasing everybody that they get information on.
If they called again I will report to the police dept. and BBB.
What kind of people are they?????? and yes they have a very heavy accent.

Take a deep breath they have been using different numbers to try to scam people. I believe they are using a different law firm now as there cover...but they have been reported and thus have had to change their info since the last time they contacted me. They do have all of our info which is scarey because other then they got it online somehow...I don't know anything more as to how they obtained our info...but I called the credit bureaus and reported a "credit fraud alert" so they cant open any accounts in my name...but I am pretty sure their goal is to scare you into calling back three or four times until they offer you a deal to pay them by the end of the day...Please report them to the FBI and any kind of BBB you can until they are forced to dissapear...it's believed they are from either india or pakistan, but I can't verify either. Feel free to call back and pester them...atleast it keeps them from harrassing others for a few minutes.

i got a call from this number today 559-272-1493 tell me they need to speak to my lawyer regarding a case that as been brought up upon me these people where middle eastern people sounding.

Just received a call from this number. Lots of noise in the background, heavy Asian accent. Barely spoke proper English. Sounded like he was reading from a script. Couldn't make out his name. Saying I needed to call urgently, time sensitive. I've received these types of calls in the past saying they were going to arrest me and my manager where I work. I laughed so hard, I almost fell out of my chair. What does my manager have to do with anything. I have no idea who these people are or what they want.

I keep receiving the same phone calls.  Some Indian guy in a threating voice,  saying he wishes me well.  I called the number  and spoke with some individual. all she said was Law firm.  never gave a real law firm name.  When the Indian guy left a message he said his name was Daniel Boyd.  Sounds like a American name to me.  I m betting he sounded pure Indian, which means he was not born in this country. but his name is Daniel?

I have just received the same type of message myself. It sounded very threatening she said her name was Grace Wilson and also had a very strong Indian accent to her voice does anyone know what this is about and how to stop the calls?

Had the same exact thing happen to me about collecting money and a law suit...i contacted my lawyer who said it was a scam and it happens to those whom this company feels are in need. My lawyer contacted them on my behalf and they still presceed to call...I asked for a reference number so that i could pass the info to my lawer and he kept talking about what he wanted to. When i stopped him again he asked me what i need that info for. To funny, he said he needed me to call this number again and i refused, asked him once more for a reference number and he refused. I then asked him to remove my number from his list and to contact my lawyer.

Had numerous phone calls froms 0000, also 818-851-7924 and they left a message for me to call 559-272-1493...threatenng me with jail, and the federal marshals....called the police ad filed a report, but everytime I block a number they find a new one, How do you get them to stop?

Weird same thing happened to me I applied for a loan never got approved then these people call me saying I owe money and he wishes me luck. Said his name was eric johnson. He didn't sound like an eric
