It actually is from a prison, my friend calls me from that prison.

My friend called from here because he's in prison, at first i didnt pick up because i didnt know who it was but they kept calling until i heard a voice recording saying it was him and to pick up because the first call was free. I got to talk to him 15mins for free.

they are calling  asking if you accept a collect call,

just received 5 calls from an unknown number, finally I picked up and the person said to hold on.  I then hung up.  The person called back and I told them to leave me alone.  They called back a 3rd time and I told them they were harrassing me because I didn't know who was calling me.  She tried talking over me but I hung up again.  They proceeded to call me from this phone number I listened till it said the call was being recorded and then hung up again.

Did not answer call.  Hung up during the recorded msg.asking to accept a collect call.

Claimed to be calling from a Calif. prison requesting money. Who would fall for this one???
