Yup, keep getting calls from this number.

This number called my house at 0430.  When I answered, no one was there.  I called the number back and got the same message as above poster--that it couldn't be completed as dialed!

Received call after business hours.  Didn't answer.  Called number back, blocking my number, and got a recorded message saying the call couldn't be completed as dialed.
