A recorded message asked me to "please hold" followed by music. Message replayed 3 times. Final recorded message stated, "we're sorry for the inconvenience" and then disconnected. Attempted to call number. Was answered with a recorded message that gave no identification. Was told to "please hold for next agent". One minute later, was told that there was a problem connecting me with an agent, but my call was important so to please call back.
