same calls happen to me and they called everyone in my family with my last name and my job harassing me over and over again

I keep getting calls from 559-838-0290. "Eric Watson" keeps saying there is a lawsuit against me and he need to talk to my lawyer. "Eric" has started calling my work and DEMANDING to talk to my manager. Glad to see that it's a scam

I received a call from Eric Watson at 559-838-0290. It was urgent that i return the call. When i did, the person answering the phone talked very broken English. He said i owed for a loan i had taken out last year. I told him i had not taken any loans out last year. He responded, "well have a nice day when they come to arrest you" Slammed down the phone

Gee, I had the exact same experience as everyone above and the people there are Indian with American names. I asked them to give me information and they siad they would send it to me but nothing. They keep calling and now on my cell they go direct to voicemail. Good riddends...

I just received a call from them, threatening to call my employer and have me arrested.  Told them to come on and do it.  Said I didn't pay back a payday loan that I never took out.  Then said it could have been from a few years ago.  It was a different address and everything then, not to mention through a friend.  Indian accents and a lot of noise to make it hard to hear.  Even called on the business phone in my office, after I told them it was against the law to do so they were still going on.

i got scammed by these guys and i am trying to get my money back and i have already called the authorities and reported them

He said his name was Julian Marshall and that I owed some company for a payday loan. The man had a heavy Indian accent and the line was constantly breaking up. I got scared because he said he was going to have me arrested and file felony charges on me. After some research, I see that this is a scam. Thank you for this page.

btw...he spoke the exact same speech that everyone else got.

I was wondering what the 123456789 calls where that I was blowing off.  You should get a police report so you can prove to your boss that it someone trying to scam you

They wont they have been calling me since I got back from vacation in April.

I called the police the wrote a report told me to treat this as a identity theft becase they have my social.  So make sure all the credit companys are flagged so you have to be contacted first.He also said the report was good to have so if something does happen and from all the flagging and reports I ve done in the last 24 hrs its a big help because you can only get a 90 day flagg on credit without one and they will ask you if you filed a report when you go to the ftc to file a complaint. I actually had these guys on the phone when I called the police because first it started out with I had three legal issues in Florida which I had just gotten back from my trip in april when this all started. Second attempt was the same court inspector from florida and last night in was a man from a law office who called me names cused at me told me he was coming to my house to kick my a**.  So they wont stop in less you show them who is boss and your not scared of them they had been calling my work to and the officer said I should let them in on what was going on because people have actually been fired for things like this.

These people have been calling me non stop for the past few weeks. They have called my work and my house. I'm getting very annoyed with these spammers!
559-838-0290 Alex Right. Somehow i doubt that this guy is named that he has poor English and sounds like he is from India. I am concerned because these people have all of our ssn.  I told the guy i knew this was a scam but he insisted i call him back so i told him i would not be calling back and he and the company will be hearing from my lawyer. He then told me to call him back. haha i said ok fine whats the number he gave it to me and i told him thank you sr. I will be turning this in.

I was on the phone with these guys around the same time you were to night whoi is the ftc I'm waiting for the police to come so I can file a report because he threatened to come to my hous and kick my a** and several other threats and this has been going on for several mounths any help is apperciated.

I don?t know how they got all of my info ssn employer?s name home address etc finally when I said I want to resolve this ..they said if you want to resolve this you need to agree to 3 things 1.fax (2063371159) the letter ..that this happened unintentionally and I will pay full amount and kindly accept my payment and settle this out of court or something ? 2nd pay $660 3rd go out and get the prepaid card and fill in those $660 and call us and give the prepaid card number. Guys this is total scam I filed a case at FTC and as soon as I said there number they said it?s a scam and as a precautionary things just keep a tap on my ssn ?

I have been receiving this SAME call for months. The sneaky part is they use many differeny numbers other than this 559 number. My caller ID even showed a phone number of 123456789 a couple times. No joke. I do not know how to make them stop. My supervisor is getting called all the time too, and this compromises my employment. What can I do?

I just got that same call and voicemail.  Called them back and they had my email address, home address, etc.   I told them I was going to give this number and voicemail to the police and the dude started yelling and then hung up.  This same thing also happened to my brother in AZ, and need almost lost his job or this s***.

I tried to call the number back and it goes to voicemail now, how funny.

I just got the same message left on my cell phone and work.  They are very nasty, ignorant and rude.  It's b***s*** that they can harass innocent people the way they do and get away with it.

I called back. Then I was threatened by a person that if I do not pay then $500.00 I will be arrested. They knew my social security number. I asked them if they are collection agency. They said that I will learn who they are when I am arrested...

Same thing happened to me. They claimed I took out a cash advance some company (I couldnt hear the name of it, lots of noise in their background) ad said my lawyer should contact them. I havent taken any cash advances, but I did apply for some online. I think thats where they got my information from.

I also told them to mail the subpoena to me and I'd give it to my lawyer, but they insisted I pay them to keep it from going to the lawyers.  I refused and they eventually hung up on me.

Scammers claiming I owe for a cash advance that I've never taken out. They said I was being sued by a cash advance company and that my lawyers needed to contact them. I'm self employed and they called and left messages on my business line also.

I threatened them with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for contacting my employer in an attempt to collect a debt.

They have a very heavy Indian accent, and when I insisted they mail a subpoena to my house I was repeatedly called the N word then they hung up on me.

They had my personal info (phone number, address, etc) not sure where they got it from. I'm reporting them to the FCC and posting online where I can to avoid people being scammed.
