Thanks to others, I got the same email response.  Bottom dweller of a scammer.  I wanted to tell him "Fxxx you!"

I had the same experience as Vicki regarding a car I posted.
Do NOT deal with this person. This is obviously a scam. Thanks for the heads up everyone else.

First I got a text that said, "Text me at 559-997-6502 with the final price if you still have it.  JC"  This was in response to a car I have advertised on craigslist.  Then he texted that he was in the Navy, stationed in Fresno. Wanted to know condition of car. After I texted him that it was perfect, he replied back, "Due to the hectic nature of my job, the only mode of payment that best suits this transaction is Paypal, therefore I have made arrangements with my agent to come pick it up when payment has been clear in your account, so I would want you to get back with me with your Paypal email address for me to make payment to you and perhaps your pick up address so I can have my agent schedule pick up."  I texted him back, don't fing think so.

Just got this in email regarding a Craigslist ad I posted.  Total Scammer.  I wish we could track this guy down by the number.

Be careful about this number. I received an email wanting we to text my final price on my camper.  It's posted. This number is from out of state, and I just got a scammer trying to get my Paypal address and arrange shipping of a "camper". No face to face interaction.  Be wary of this!

I also got the response on craigslist. I looked up the phone number and got these alerts. I agree post the comments so we can at least search the web for information. I had a previous request and they want to pay with paypal only i sent them a notice cashiers checks only and until the check clears i will release my items. Never heard back.

This phone numer just responded to an ad that I place for a car in Arkansas and he's from California. Wanting to buy unseen through pay pal. Be cautious of responses from 559-997-6502.

This phone number 559-997-6502 texted me about an ad I have on Craigslist. A few text questions went back and forth and then the text came that they wanted to purchase what I was selling site unseen or even talking by phone. They wanted to pay only via PayPal. Something didn't feel right about this so I searched this phone number online and found Art's response above. Then I found several scam comments about this phone number on Scambook. Thanks to Art and the many others willing to state their concerns about this phone number. Lets all hang together and protect each other. Thanks again.

This guy just sent a text about an ad I have on craigslist but we are in two different states so it smells like a scam to me.
