Had the same Experience as everyone above but this time he said his name is Carl. he was very rude to our receptionist especially when she would not give out any information about me, as instructed. Was very upset when she wouldn't give him my cell phone.

Received a call from them today....

I said how can I help you? - He said this is Frank, who's this?

I said, "Hi, Frank, what's your last name?"

He said, "Miller".

I said, "How can I help you today Frank?"

and he hung up, this was all after he harrassed my receptionist about who handles the light bulbs in the building... caller ID said Midway.

Can't believe people really get up everyday and go to work and attempt to make a living this way. Unbelievable.

wowwww these guys are jerks!!!!  they asked me for the maintenace supervisor,,,i told him he is busy....wich i was !!!!!!!!  so he then told me to put me through to my supervisor,,,,,i told him he was busy,,,,wich i was.........he then threatened me that he would call the owner and have me fired....well i guess i need to fire my self!!!!!!   DONT TAKE CRAP FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!

very very rude man. just keeps calling and asking for maintenance manager. doesnt know who he wants and said he cant remember all the people he talks to in a day.

Guy kept asking to speak to the maintenance guy or the guy that is in charge of the light bulbs. He wasn't very nice when I told him that we don't have anyone that's in charge of such things. He hung up on me after telling him 3 or 4 times that there was no such person he was wanting to speak to

Had Some Jack-As* call wanting to speak with Our Maintenance Manager - I asked who was calling and he said Johnny. I said if you ever call back, I would report him to the FCC - he hung up asking if I like to eat Shi*

They call to say they are sending out new catalogs to you, and also enclosing some free "thank-you" gifts. Casually they mention that they are also entering a "small order" for you to keep the account fresh. Later, after you get a box of light bulbs or whatever, you get a huge bill.

It's an old scam, and it still works, apparently.

Hang up on them, and blacklist the number if you are able,

I had the same experience as the people above...clearly a scam and "Johnny" was unforgiveably rude.

Wanted to know who was in charge of fleet maintenance.  I asked for more detail so I could better direct his call.  Wouldn't give me any more details.  I asked for his name.  He told me to transfer him to the "F***ing* fleet manger.  Told him I did not appreciate his attitude and hung up.

Majorly unprofessional!  Called my business and asked for whoever was in charge of the maintenance on our campus.  I told him it was me (we're a small business).  I was on speaker phone and he asked again and I told him again, it was me.  At this point he took it off speaker phone and said "no you answered the phone, I need to speak to whoever handles the building maintenance."  I said "I do, I own the business, what can I help you with?"  He said "no, I spoke to a man last time!"  I laughed and said "um, no you didn't!" And he said "yeah, I did" ... so I responded with "no, you didn't, I own the school and we are done having this conversation."

RUDE!

Girl on the line was VERY unprofessional.  Said, "yeah... like... who is in charge of y'all's maintenance over there?"  Ugh.  When I told her this was a private residence NOT a business, she got rude with me saying I should check how my number is listed and then she proceeded to hang up on me.  WOW.  Gotta love telemarketers!

A "Johnny" from this # called to say he was supposed to get back with the guy in charge of maintenance. Asked him what was the nature of his call, he said he didn't know - He was supposed to get back with maintenace...said he was returning phone call from earlier. Got pretty snippy - get these kinds of approaches often, just telemarketers usually.
