Be careful with Malaysian
How I can say Malaysian...bcause the jerks wanted you to call to some numbers with+60 as the countrycode. They persuade you from badoo, a social site that you can join anytime to anywho. They mostly appeared as british. They said they live there. They persuade you very well till they blackmail you. They also said about ransom. I believe they just want to slander ramson to muslims. I just feel wonder how malaysian govrnment and badoo react to this...

WE RECEIVED THE SAME BOX OF CRAPPY PENS, A CHEAP MP3 PLAYER AND AN INVOICE FOR $318.95. OUR RECEPTIONIST DID NOT ORDER THIS SHE AGREED TO SOME FREE PROMOTIONAL PENS AND A CATALOG.  I HAVE SPOKEN W/ "DAVID MADISON" TWICE. ONCE HE INFORMED ME HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT, AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A RA#, AND THEN HE CALLED ME BACK PRETENDED HE DID NOT KNOW THAT WE HAD SPOKEN PREVIOUSLY AND THEN MIRACULOUSLY REMEMBERED WHEN I GAVE HIM THE SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME OF OUR FIRST CALL.  HE AGAIN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RA#.  HE THEN INFORMED ME HE HAD THE CALL ON TAPE, WHEN I ASKED HIM TO PLAY IT FOR  ME HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE A FEW MINUTES AND HE WOULD CALL RIGHT BACK.  OF COURSE HE NEVER DID.  I STILL HAVE THE MERCHANDISE IN MY OFFICE AND I WILL NOT BE PAYING THE POSTAGE TO SHIP IT BACK, NOR WILL I BE PAYING HIS INVOICE.  THIS IS A SERIOUS SCAM!!

I just received an inovice for $318.95 from Global Express!  I usually say no to any telemarketing, but the caller (Brian) offered to send me just a catalog for office supplies.  I promptly sent them two emails, and left two calls, promising to forward this to my legal department.  I like the several spelling errors on the invoice as well---what a scam!  From now on, I'll just hang up on any telemarketers that call the office!  I pulled this off the web in regards to verbal contracts; these people are expressly being deceptive, and are not covering the "exact" terms of the agreement, which gets anyone off the hook for paying their silly invoice in the first place:

For almost all other agreements, writing is not necessary for them to be legally binding. However, as mentioned above, proving the existence, and exact terms, of a verbal agreement is often very difficult (it boils down to a "he said, she said" matter), so putting any important agreement in writing, even if it isn't technically covered by the Statute of Frauds, is always a good idea.

Did you send back these items? Or did you just not pay at all? If so, what happened? I am in the same boat and would like to see what others did.

I just got a bill from these people also for $318.95... What kind of people are these that run a business like this?  I tried to send an email to the company explaining to them that what was told to me was I was getting free pens and a free MP3 player just for trying out their products and for me to call them when we needed them in the future.  I tried calling them and got the same message that someone would call back.  I am very pissed right now and I'm not paying this bill.  They are misleading and should be fined, put out of business!

I was contacted by a Brian, and then a David Madison from Global Express (check out their address, it's a place that rents out fake offices)...

Fell for scam, received "iPod" today, only to find out it's a bootleg unit from China.  If you look on the packaging it says "Desiged by Apple".  All materials are cheap plastic.

Still, the MP3 player with camera works.  It's just that iTunes doesn't recognize this device, as it shouldn't.
He told me over the phone that I would get billed 36 pens at $0.69 per pen.  Instead I got a huge box of useless ballpoints.  Can't wait to see what the invoice says...

Bertha, you obviously are part of the scam and or the person doing it himself. We are not stupid!!! If you were happy with a company you wouldn't have looked up the phone number as a scam! It was not a freebee what so ever and if the pens were a decent price I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem and if we agreed to it in the first place wherein we didn't. If you are the person scamming everyone you have mental issues and should seek treatment. People give you a second to talk because you sound like a gentlemen but in fact you are a sick man. PLEASE SEEK TREATMENT ASAP!

WOW you guys must be desperate if you have to come on the COMPLAINT site to run your FILTHY SCAM LOL.

If anything you said were true, you wouldn't even be looking up the number on here. Too bad you can't get honest work, but you apparently think you can fool people on this site. You know, it's just that kind of brain-dead stupidity that keeps you stuck in such a disgusting "job".

Now, like any "satisfied customer" I'm sure you are monitoring this site, and will come back on here to claim everything you said is true.

Sad sick scammer you are!

I was contacted by Peter. The guy was a gentleman. I'm very happy with the MP3 player I received FREE OF CHARGE!!! for purchasing the pens and opening up an account with his organization. I can't beleive people expect to receive free merchandize, free MP3 player and expect to pay nothing in return. Hellow we are in  America no FREE LUNCHES HERE  EVER HERD THE EXPRESSION!!!!. All you have to say is  no if you are not  interested or simply hang up. Seems  like some of you are upset because you coun't keep the freebee. folks we rerceive a great deal of calls from telemarketters on a daily basis from diffrent institutions just hang up It's always the best policy.

I too have had a run in with the person/company.  We received an invoice for 159.47 for 216 pens!  What on Earth would we need 216 pens for?!  I tried calling the number and got the voice mail but I didn't leave a message.  The next day I received a package from Global Express.  I didn't open it but called and this time left a message.  I like how the greeting says that all customer service representatives are busy and we guarntee we will return your call in 24 hours; it's a gosh darn cell phone!!  Who is going to return the call besides "Mr. Stone"?  And the address is a residential address, look it up on Google Maps!  So I didn't receive a call back within 24 hours so I called and left yet another voice mail.  I got a call back the next day (today).  He told me he was looking at his notes and I did agree to have this package sent over with an MP3 player.  What do I want his MP3 player for??  I have an iPod!  I ended up transfering him to our controller.  He then proceeded to cut her off numerous times and tell her that I am lieing to cover my rear.  What "business person" actually says that?!  He finally called back with a "return authorization #" and told me to make sure it is on the box "so 'they' will know that it is okay to accept the package". Who the heck is "they"??  This business is run out of a home, how on Earth can you run a business supply company out of a home?!  So needless to say the package is being shipped back to Mr. Stone at HIS expense, not ours!!  If you have had a run in with the guy/company file a complaint with the BBB!!!

This man is a horrible man. I am a receptionist at a law firm and he (Peter Stone- Global Express, LLC) caught me off guard one day because he was so incredibly friendly. I made the mistake of giving him a few minutes of my time when I should have hung up on him. He said he was going to send me an MP3 player of which I had no interest in. I proceeded to tell him we would make no promises in using his company. I placed NO order. A couple weeks later a package arrived with pens and an MP3 player. I gave the order right to my manager because I never ordered it. A couple weeks later, he sent an invoice for $325!!!!! An insane amount for pens! My manager called him up to get a return number and he gave her trouble about returning the supplies and told her that I lied to her! He finally gave in and gave a return code. We sent it back only for him to fax us 4 weeks later saying he never received it and that if he didn't get it back in five days we would owe the full amount & fees. He angered me so badly I decided to research his company. His address on the fax is FAKE & a residential area. Also, his company is not a real LLC. He may have put down a different address for the return to be sent to but his fax address was completely made up. This man is a horrible person and puts people jobs in jeopardy in a rough economy. We are not paying his invoice- we never ordered the product and returned it so most likely he does have it back cuz we never got it back. Don't pay anything if this happens to you- don't give him the satisfaction, he obviously has no money that he's scamming like this which means he has no money to hire attorneys throughout the states or start a collection. I am a firm believer in karma and what he is doing will be paid back to him ten fold. Peter Stone or whatever your name is, I don't know how you sleep at night doing what you do to people.

ALERT!!! In my opinion this is a scam. I got a call from an overly friendly salesman, who told me he had a free gift (MP3 player) he wanted to ?give? me. To cover the cost of shipping me this ?free gift?, he said he?d send me a ?box of pens?. What he failed to mention was that the ?box? of pens would be 6,000 pens, come with a bill for over $900.00 and it?d be a pain in the neck to return. When I called to complain/setup return, the salesman was not so friendly. He tried telling me things about our earlier conversation that were not said. He finally relented and gave me a return authorization. If I were you, I would hang up on this company immediately.

I really do pray for these individuals who take advantage of others. You can be deceiving and get others to believe in what you say. You may also get people who have receptionist jobs in trouble and possibly fired for the action if receiving an invoice of $300 for an uncommon amount of pens.  If you need money so badly, do not deceive....you need to ask God for it. "And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you." (John 16:23) But that is ok....No wrath is greater than his. "Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." (Romans 12:19) So go ahead and mess with God's children. I know that God will handle this "company".

I also received a call from a man identified as "Mr. Stone" regarding office products.  He advised he was sending me free MP3 player for a promotion and for just considering his company.  There was no mention I would be sent pens and invoiced for the order.  I do not recall any order of products or exchange of products for the mp3 player.  When I received a box and an invoice for $318.95, I called the phone number on the invoice (which is a cell phone number and not a Global Express Number) and was advised someone would call me back.  I received a timely call back from Mr. Stone advising he had previously spoke to me about a mp3 player which I accepted and advised he had our conversation on tape. This is a deceptive, misleading sales technique.  I threatened to involve one of my attorneys which he stated he would be glad to talk to. I stated my discontent with this unethical sales bait and switch and he provided me a RA# to return the pens and mp3 player.
