I get a call from this number two to three times a week.  I have no idea who it is but the Caller ID shows: ICLLC

I get a call from this number several times a week and they hang up when  I answer.
When I call back the message says to push 2 to be put on the do not call list (doesn't work) and 0 to speak to a customer rep who never answers

3 to 4 calls per week at all time of the day.

Doesn't leave a message.  Hangs up on answering machine.

BBB site is unfriendly; none of the drop downs match my complaint of annoying and frequent unwanted calls.  What is the best way to get into the site?

I receive these annoying calls at least six times a week.  I have never answered but feel angry about this intrusion.  I intend to file with the BBB as suggested above.  I also intend to go to the online Bank of America link and opt out.

i get about 2 calls a day from these people - they call and hang up.  totally unprofessional.  they should leave a message,  this is just harassment.  similar to the calls for a special bank rate that is ending soon -- no wonder banks are going under.  they waste money on these jokers.

these people call me about 5 times a day EVERY DAY.  i work out of state and commute an hour and a half to get home..the second i walk in the door like clockwork they call!! its extremely irritating.  i hardly ever answer - you'd think they'd just give up already!

Call saying they are calling on behalf of BOA, will only speak to business owner, very rude when asked to not call back.

UPDATE...I e-mailed the company at all available addresses and told them to stop calling and I filed a complaint with the BBB.  I haven't gotten a single phone call since!

We have received more than 50 calls from 302-369-5307, mostly hang-ups after I answer. On one occasion, a male called from the number early one morning and asked for my son. He abruptly hung up after I advised that my son was not home. I called the number back, and followed instructions to have my number put on a "no call" list. We'll see if that works. Glad to see that others are having the same annoying problem. Hopefully, it will end or that the authorities can intervene.

Just filed my complaint on the BBB Delaware link above.  Can't wait to get the results.  Maybe they will take my phone number off of their list.  We need everyone to do the same thing that sees this link above.  They only have 15 complaints to the BBB in the last year which still gives them a good review.

If you are affiliated with Bank of America, you can log into your online account, go all the way down to the bottom, click on "Privacy and Security", and it will allow you to opt-out of marketing contacts. I'm an account holder with Bank of America and I just opted out. Good luck!

We are having these same calls...VERY annoying!!!  We have requested that they do not call us anymore but the phone calls continue.  We also bank with BofA so I guess that is the connection.  I don't understand the point of them calling if they don't even say anything.  And the fact that they call at 8pm every night really makes me angry!!!

I called the number back --- tired of nothing on machine, and the do not respond when you answer the phone............there is now a message you can leave them to get on their DO NOT CALL LIST ---------- says it takes 24 hours to be activated..............I have been getting these annoying phone calls at least once a day!!  Hopefully they will STOP CALLING NOW>

The calls are solicitation calls. This solicitor gets your number from your bank. The bank I use is Bank of America. When you sign up for a bank account you agree to allow your bank to give your number to companys that bank with them. Its another way for banks to make money. The usual fix for this problem is to contact your bank. Some banks have it online where you can optout in your preference sttings. I know way is what they are doing Illegal. Banks are using this loop hole to make more money. If your bank says they have nothing to do with it then you can call these solicitors back at there real numbers and asker where they may have gotten you number from. If they say they dont know they are breaking the law cause they must tell you how they got your they may have gotten you number. Sometimes these solicitors will have a list of thousands of place so you may need them to fax you the list so you can findout who you have to call to get off the master list. Other forums have mentioned these calls may be related to a call "on behalf of Bank of America" where they try and give you free "credit reporting services", but then "need to verify the address on your account."

I too periodically get these unsolicited calls. Since I have caller ID(ICLLC) , I do not answer. But I would like these calls to stop. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, so I don't understand why I would get calls . Very annoying.

This is a marketing company for Bank of America that really doesn't care about when they call or if you get connected to a real person or not.  They are well known for after hours calls and automated dialing that doesn't connect you with a real person even after you answer.  I can't speak to their representation of other clients beyond B of A.  They actually have one number listed where you can at least leave a message even though the voice mail has no greeting.  That number is 302-750-8578 and is for their Director of Technical Services (i.e. maybe the guy who setup their auto dialer).

Call several times a week. No ID name. Pls pls pls stop calling us thank YOU

This phone number comes up on my caller ID at home at least 3-4 times a day..everyday. Have no idea where or who it's from. Shows as "Unknown." I answered once, said hello and nothing.  Hung up before the automated computer tried to connect me to a "live" person.  I hate these calls!
