Recorded smear call.  If you call back, it goes to a voicemail, so I keep calling back and leaving the line open to tie it up until it cuts off, and then I call back and do it again.  If everyone does that, maybe the line will be tied up continuously and they won't be able to bother anyone else.

I received 13 calls consecutively from this number. Annoying.
