I was called by Victor Donahue 318-341-7255 who said my time share had been sold for what seened to be an unrealistic high price together with a recovery from a fraud by Momenta Properties. He mumbled that he was with US Notery Service and put me in touch with Jay Fabrikant at 561-666-0510. Jay said he was a lawyer and wanted $984 for a certificate to get my name free of liability on the deed before sending an agent, Wilson badge #62496 to get contracts signed. He insisted upon getting a Western Union money transfer tracking number, because "that was the way business was Done." Victor called me to schedule a time later in the day for "the courier" to meet me.

The agent to be named on the Wester Union money transfer was Michael Standridge in West Palm Beach, Florida. A search on GOOGLE found a Michael M. Standridge who had been convicted on sex charges (same guy?)  I almost fell for it when when Jay said send half the money and give the messenger the other half as a cashier's cheque so we can have a paper trail. After I read the above postings, I felt a lot better about walking away from this one. If felt the bullet zip past my ear.

I wrote the previous post above. After many hours of searching, I believe this phone number is associated with a Michael A.(Allen) Standridge.  Jay Fabrikant would not give us any information on the so called "notary" whom he claims to be in contact with, unless we paid a fee of $398, and one for $199. He said we needed to wire the money Western Union to a Michael Standridge in West Palm Beach, FL. There is a phone # on a people search website with area code 561 registered to a Michael A Standridge out of WPB,FL. In fact there are two.  I looked up Jay Fabrikants law firm profile, and his FB profile and the phone # listed on both is 954-983-4747 (ft lauderdale). The phone number that the fake notary gave us for Jay is 772-882-0799(port st. Lucie/port peirce). If you google Jay Fabrikant, you will find his name associated with a lot of fraudulent activity involving millions of dollars. There are many articles.

We live in the Chicago land area and this guy called claiming to be a notary in our area said he had a check for us for the sale of our timeshare. We tried to call it back and it was a non working number. This person also gave us the name of a "real estate attorney" who was representing the buyers. The attorneys name is Jay Fabrikant out of Ft. Lauderdale. We didn't catch the notary's name, so we called the attorney back and he said he could email the information and notary's badge number so we could look it up ourselves. We had to pay him a fee first. Yea right. I looked up the badge # the notary originally called with and the number is registered to a real notary in Chicago, who is a woman.  They called my husband at work. The only other "timeshare sales" place that had that number was Premier Timeshare Solutions, who ripped us off over $2,000.  We ended our contract with them over a year ago! Our Timeshare was also listed through Stroman Realty out of Conroe, Texas. They ripped us for $600.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JAY FABRIKANT, PREMIER TIMESHARE SOLUTIONS, STROMAN REALTY, COASTAL VACATIONS something or other, OR ANYONE ELSE WHO ASKS FOR CLOSING COSTS UP FRONT OR CLAIMS TO HAVE A CHECK FOR YOU, OR WANTS TO DO TRANSACTIONS THRU WESTERN UNION, OR IS FROM WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA! If your timeshare has a buyer, your agent will call you with an offer. And it will be thru the company you listed with. Not a notary calling you. I believe all these people/companies are related. We have caught them ALL in numerous lies.
