I've had two calls in the last four days from 'Out of Area'. It must be the same people. They have a strong East Indian accent and you can hear a lot of people talking in the background. The first man said he was calling from the 'Compensation Department' and 'I was due a lot of money' something about 'surgery' and 'mesh'. I realized that it was a scam and hung up. Then yesterday I got a call 'Out of Area' from an Indian woman telling me I was due a lot of money for a recent surgery I had. I replied with "this is a scam" and hung up. If they call again I'll try to get some info, an address or account info for money transfer if they're looking for up front money.  I don't know if they're targeting my area, but there is a large number of seniors in this area. I'll report it to the police.    

I too received a call from 561-282-2234 at 730 in the morning as I was walking in the door, I work overnights so I'm usually pretty tired when I get home and not much patience for calls like these. The woman who called who I could barely understand (thick foreign accent) was trying to tell me that they wanted to represent me in a civil case regarding a surgery that I had a short time ago.  Really? My last surgery was a c-section and my son is 21 years old! lol  I didn't tell her that but I did ask her
"What type of surgery are you asking about?"  She couldn't answer so she said hold on and I will have my supervisor speak with you, and she did the same as mentioned above, pressed two buttons on keypad and handed the phone to someone else that I couldn't understand and trying to tell me the same thing.  Ok, you want to represent me for a surgery that you don't know which type or when I had one.  Uh that would be a no and do not call me again!!  I got a app for my cell phone that takes care of those types of calls better then the DNC registry it's called Current Caller ID & Contacts It's great You can block any caller that you don't want calls from no matter who it is!  And no I don't have anything to do with that app or its developers I just love it and I'm sure anyone who doesn't want those annoying telemarketers bothering you will love it too!

I couldn't make out the name of the company due to the man's thick foreign accent. He said he was calling about my recent surgery. I haven't had a recent surgery. Has also called from 718-256-4434

They called and were telling me I had surgery recently and they wanted to help me get money from the doctors for any errors. Told them there were no errors and they kept telling me there had to be post surgical issues I wanted help with. Wouldn't stop, so I hung up.

You can't call them back. If you try, you get a fast busy signal.

523pm NJ  received same type of call asking if i had surgery after multiple attemps just to understand this foreigner. I told him that he should not even be calling because im on the Do Not Call registry and he wouldnt respond.   When i told him i wanted to check the company out online he hung up!

Its a scam!! They have started calling recently and have not stopped. I have told them that I have never had a surgury. They began asking personal questions about my pregnancies with my children saying that if I had a problem with birth control I could get money. They over stepped by asking in general. Would love for them to stop calling!!! Calls range from 7 Am till 9:30 pm. Its ridiculous!

My call came from a 561 area code (5612822234) The man that called must have been a trainee. Once I started asking questions he ask me to hold for a "verification specialist." He then proceeded to push 2 buttons on the phone then handed the receiver to the guy next to him. Both of them had very heavy Indian (dots not feathers) accents and there was a bunch of noise in the background. The guy that now had the phone claimed the were sponsored by the United States Health Department and that was how they got my name. He then proceeded to ask me if I had the "mesh implant" or the "bladder sling surgery." I then ask him what their web address was. He then said "if I give it to you, you have to promise you will give me the information I need to process this claim."  LOL!! I said "Absolutely. No problem."  (yes, the sarcastic remark was lost on him) So,after telling me 3 different names for their website, he finally settled on www.compensation.com of course there is no such address. After telling him this, he started to get really impatient with me and said "there are so many women I'm helping out of the goodness of my heart and you're keeping me from calling them.  LOL!! Do I even have to say I told him to "move on then and have a nice day." This is a huge scam people!! Do NOT give them any information about yourself.

More losers calling me. If I need your F***** help, I'll call a real attorney. Not some losers calling me for business.

I tried to call this number back and it said I've reached a non-working number.

I did answer the call and a male asked to speak with me. I said this is her. He hung up.

Got a call from this number, they said Miss Sheri, this is Free Find, you had a operation many years ago right, I said a lot of people had an operation many years ago, right, they said ummmm, so I hung up!

Got a call from this number and no message left.

Calls my cell phone repeatedly.  Finally blocked them but I still see their attempts.  This is a scam.  Report them!

This person with a heavy Filipino accent called asked me if I wanted some compensation and I asked how and told me to tell the company (which they never told me the name) to say that i had a bladder surgery in 2007 and now suffering from urinary leakage and suffering from the side effects from the pelvic.  That is what he told me to say.

Received a call from the same number and told me i had surgery and also took birth control pills years ago...I believe if these people have your medical information they also have your social security number and this is very scary and dangerous....our medical records and personal info is out there for anybody to see and use...Thank you mr obama.!!!!!! this is probably your fault that our info is out on the web for all to see....

I received a call, but didn't answer.  I have been searching the number for posts before answering any number I don't recognize.  

Received call - they hung up when I picked up call.  From other posts here probably telemarketer..but why aren't they giving their sales pitch?

Please have them reported. I live in California and just received a call. It's 6:45AM!!!! AND, they've called before 9AM in the past and I have asked the "little Indian man" not to call again, but he does. This time I ask for a supervisor and he hung up before giving any names.
