I waited for the prompt at the end of the message and spoke to a representative that told me my number could not be removed from their call list and I just had to put up with it. He also suggested that I wasn't American to not accept this stimulus package offer which I've read is just a scam to get their people out to fix all of your "energy" problems. (which we are probably paying dearly for already!)

Of course, if you call the number back their voice mail box is full. No company name is given.
