Ive told them 5 times to quit calling,there report message hangs up ahter you put your number in.

Just got a call from this group. Does anyone know if it is possible to report it to the local police or the organization that manages the Do Not Call Registry?

It is for a security system.  They called my work number.  When I answered they actually hung up.  I just called them back and they had no reason that they hung up.  They will remove you from their phone list.  See if that happens.

Just got another c all from this number.  It is a home security company cold calling.

I've gotten three calls today from this number.  When I pick up, there is no one there.

I answered. No response, but began to ring to alert the caller that I had picked up. I smelled a rat and immediately hung up.

Same here they call several times a day and when I pick up no one is there.  Did do a survey a while back where I was asked if I have a home security system.  I laughed and said no. Figured 3 big dogs in the house was a pretty good system.  Would take a brave soul to even try to get past them.

i get several calls a day on my work phone...noone ever responds!

This was a cellular call; claimed that we had contacted them for information about getting a home security system. The actually had my husband's name, though he never contacted them for information.

Caller seemed startled when I answered, and did not have a polished/professional phone manner.

Get calls from 561-288-4091 abut once a week now. Answer it and then disconnected. Isn't there a No Call list enacted by law to stop this kind of thing?
