I'm not in either industry, the below statements are extremely exaggerated and incorrect.  There is complaints in every single industry; from your grocery store to the Federal govt.  While I read statements from below there was a lot of false accusations.  Stocks and Commodity Industry is quite different, from the ways they are traded, funded  and regulated.  Since I have both both self traded Commodity and stock accounts I know the Companies I use have to be licensed, certified in ethics, money laundering, and have to be transparent to the regulatory bodies.  I do recommend that all prospective traders do their homework on all Companies they plan on doing business with.

i'll wager not a single one of the people who allege that this company scams people has ever sent them any money.

i see a lot of commercials i don't like.

i don't like a lot of marketing campaigns i see.

and because i don't like their marketing, i don't do business with them. but i also don't go on the internet claiming they scam people.

I have been following this complaint board for nearly 12 months. I finally decided run my mouth.

People lose money in all speculative & traditional investments accross the board.

Stocks, Bonds, Real Estate, Commodities, Forex, & even Banks.

Trading Options on Oil, Gold, Euro, or Corn is for fun and it can be exciting. It is definetly a gamblers market & for those who can afford to risk play money. There is a huge demand world wide for Gambling. That is all this & its nothing more than that.

The only way this is a scam is if they dont actually buy the positions. Give it a rest and lets these guys do there job.

Some day when your bored sitting at home looking for something to do & you have some play money try it out. It is a regulated industry & you have to sign 18 pages that say you can lose all your money.

let's translate "if you don't want to hear the energy" ... it's like saying "if you don't want to hear the explosive diarrhea."  Nobody wants to hear that.

NO "BROKER" WHO COLD CALLS YOU HAS ANY INTENTION OF DOING ANYTHING EXCEPT STEALING YOUR MONEY. Legitimate investments are NEVER marketed this way.

If you don't want to hear the energy, have the number blocked by BellSouth moron.  To the Commodities Brokers at Windsor Wealth Management,
get your " fronts " out, pitch the risk, and tell everyone you talk to they could lose all their money.  When they still give you a shot, invest $ 10,000 with you, take some responsibility and make them a little money.
Show them 20% in 90 days. You have to do the right thing in this world!
Some of us don't have to listen to scumbags to figure out how to make money for everybody.  Soon enough they will realize who know how to make things right!!!

The truth about this company is that they legitimately position clients into the commodities markets. They just do it in such a way so that it is easy to collect commission and difficult for an option's premium to gain value.

It is not a scam. They are not stealing money. They are simply collecting large commissions in a risky market. They aggressively seek new business because clients do lose money ALL the time in options, regardless of who is trading them.

It is a known fact that an option writer will usually collect premium in full, as options usually expire worthless. Windsor Wealth Management does not write options or sell them but rather buys them. So clients typically lose.

Obviously brokers working there have upset tons of people by attempting to generate new business. My advice to you is, if you do invest money, educate yourself about the investment, decide whether it is for you or not, and act accordingly. There is nothing wrong with investing over the phone, people do it all the time. If you have educated yourself and feel comfortable and are able to take the risk, take it!

However, if someone is rude or uses high pressure, do not take the call.

Yes there are scams out there. However, a firm trading commodities, registered with the NFA AND CFTC, AND operating in the United States simply would NOT be in business for very long. The NFA is very wary of Florida firms because of the scandal that has taken place in years past. They routinely do audits and they make their presence known. I should know, I work at one in Miami.

Companies like Windsor buy their 'leads' in large batches. These batches are sold to tons of companies in the same industry, which is why some of you probably recieve investment solicitation calls from numerous different companies.

For what it's worth, my opinion is that the best way to stop recieving these calls is to change the number you recieve them on and be very careful who you give your information to. Data is a hot commodity in the information age.

good luck in the markets.

They are very deceiving by making you think that you will make good profit if the gasoline goes up or down few pennies depending on weather you do a put or call, but that is not true. I lost 100% of what I invested in Gasoline this fall 2009 December contracts (PUTs) even though the gasoline went down more than 20 cents at one point in time. It went down more than what they told me it would have to drop to make a profit. You have to be aware that you are not investing. You are just gambling your money. The chances of losing everything you invest are really HIGH. They use spread and you will not know how much you are making until is sold. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE unless you just want to gamble. Anyone who says otherwise is probably an employee of this company.

Silly people, you only do a little research and you jump to conclusions. If you go on NFA you will see Windsor Wealth Mgmt http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/Details.aspx?entityid=0395924&rn=Y
and you will see Hutchko is here http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/Details.aspx?entityid=0356059
You will see that the NFA is very aware of Hutchko's involvement with the future's industry and his firm. You will also see that Pioneer was banned way after he started Windsor... which if you've read this far, you know is a commodity futures and options brokerage, not some STOCK thing.

Windor doesn't handle money, Vision does, which is a clearing firm - go research that (it's big as a house on their web page btw). As far as I can tell, there are probably 20 or 30 brokers working there, plus the two people previously mentioned, the brokers are probably independent contractors working on commission (that's how most brokerages work - go ask your Ed Jones/State Farm guy).

The sales pitch? well they probably have an analyst or a firm they pay for analysis, in a position (fairly long term in futures terms, like 4 months or so) and all the sales guys talk up the trade... or series of trades. If you know anything about futures, even a big brokerage house can't produce the demand it takes to move the market to self fulfilling prophecies so the bump and dump guy is a real moron, it's unfortunate he's on the first page.

In the end, if you can't afford to lose $10,000 and have it wiped off the map, then futures is not for you. If futures are for you, then you might consider Windsor. i've been happy with them so far. See, I got the call, and yes the guy I talked to was rather amateur, but I knew what they were doing and so I asked the right questions, and did my own research, and you know what? I opened an account.

Also if you had listened to the gasoline play, you would have made some money probably... check out the chart http://futuresource.quote.com/charts/charts.jsp?s=XRB%20Z9 ... just saying, get your facts straight.

Complain because the call sucks, not because you think they are a scam.

THIS IS A TRUE INVESTMENT SCAM and actionable wire fraud.

If you go to the NFA (National Futures Association) website and drill down on Mr. Hutchko's PREVIOUS scammer company, you see that he was PERMANENTLY BARRED from the association on 9/11/2009. See the Link:

http://www.nfa.futures.org/BasicNet/Details.aspx?entityid=0363167

It appears that NFA is not aware that hutchko is operating windsor llc on an NFA license that was issued in 2008. If ANY of Mr. Hutchko's scammers inform you that Windsor is legitimately licensed by NFA, this is a fraudulent wireline communication and the Florida attorney general's office needs to hear about it.

Have a nice day Steve and fellow scammers!

There is only one way to handle these scam calls.

1. get all the information you can from the scumbag including any registrations he has.
2. verify any registration information before saying anything to them.
3. report them and their company to the registering agency, to the blue sky regulator in the state, to donotcall.org
4. tell the scumbag that you will hold him personally responsible if he passes your phone number to anyone else. (they try to slip out of donotcall.org by claiming an individual exception).
refer them to a nonexistent friend or the phone number of a regulatory/police agency.
5. make them suffer for what they are doing.
6. report them to your cell phone carrier. Some cell companies act on this kind of scamming.

Ok so you are all getting your panties (yes boys I said panties) in a bunch over a TELEPHONE call. If you are not interested hang up. Or have some fun with them who cares? Really ultimatly you people are worse than they are. You are out there posting first and last names which is slander, to some innocent guy trying to earn a paycheck. How would you like it if someone slandered your name all of the internet for trying to make a living. These men and women had to pass a Series 3 test. They are all liscenced, federally background checked and regulated. So please people grow up and get a life. There are so many bigger things to bi*** about other than a phone call.

Actually they are all licensed and registered with the NASD. Also its not a "Pump & Dump * looks like you seen the movie "Boiler Room" to many times.

They don't sell stock. They sell commodities. Just straighting your facts.

I do agree its pretty low of them to act like a family member and most of them probably don't have 10+ years of experience but "MOST" brokers don't.

"Windsor Wealth"

They are actually a legit company here is Boca Raton FL. Its a commodity firm and not a scam. I can see how the calls can get annoying but its certainly not a scam. Like most commodity and wire houses not all of the brokers are great at the "pitch" or know everything about the market. They basically just know more than you (assumption) do about a specific investment. 2 People annual rev of $130K? Actually they have about 15 brokers and do well into the millions in annual rev... Ask me how I know? I'm a commercial banker and I have their account. Not trying to stick up for them just putting the truth out their.

A "real broker."  By that I take it you mean a stockbroker at a big firm.  Which?  Lehman?  Bear Stearns?  Or did he have you in Madoff shares?  How's that working out for you?

Commodities trading isn't for everyone but it is not inherently a scam.  There are bad operators and there are good ones, as with everything.  They do tend to be more high-pressure than stockbrokers, and don't have the bigtime name associated with it - but look at what has happened to the stock market lately.  I'd rather have my money, a small profit - or even a small loss - than losing it all with a "white-shoe" Wall Street firm that went down the crapper.

This is madness! these idiots call me every couple of weeks with some "special deal" and each time with increasing anger I tell them to take me off their solicitation list, and each time they fail. Now it goes to the attorney general in my state. Good luck Windsor Wealth Management... I hope you and your crew enjoy dealing with fines and scandal and hopefully you get what you deserve when you are in prison in FL...
