they have been doing the same thing, i don't get what it is...

They have called me for three weeks now, several calls a week, never once leaving a message.  I have filed a complaint against them twice with the donotcall.gov.

I forgot to add they present themselves as a debt management service thus the need to NOT share any information.

Same problems as stated. They also use 1-313-288-7420   1-888-530-1546   1-502-530-1647   They do answer 1-888-710-1206 but when you question their source they hangup on you. Report to the FTC

calling twice a day for about 3 weeks now - I never pick up, but it's v. annoying. I made them a contact on my cell, then attached a skull-and-crossbones icon and the most annoying ringtone i could find (I can't set it to "no ringtone" and I don't want to pay T-mobile to block the calls).  But now I can ignore and reject the incoming calls.  I'm hoping eventually they will give up and stop calling.

I've been getting calls from this number every day except  Sunday for the past couple of weeks. I've never answered it so I don't know who's on the other end. When I used whitepages.com to reverse-find the number, they couldn't find it. Don't know how they got my number because I never give it out. Called Verizon today and told them to block the number. Let's see if that works.

For the last 5 days I have received 2-3 calls a day from this number (561-453-9763). I don't answer, but I did try calling back once and got a busy signal.  It seems like a phone company or a government agency could find out to whom the number belongs and force them to stop, but that is probably wishful thinking!

Got two calls from this number today, 5/19/11. Live in Seattle, WA and have AT&T. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They didn't leave any message.

This company called me and the guy called me a f****ng c***. I swear I'm gonna find him and get him fired.

I get calls 2-3 times a day and there is never anybody there.  It interrups my day and wastes my time and cell minutes.  My cell in on the do not call list but they don't seem to care or respect it at all.

I'm tired of this # calling my Cell Phone with no one at the other end. I refuse to answer it again, I just let it ring so they hang up.

Keep calling.  Leave no message when I don't answer, but often hang up when I do answer.

I have gotten numerous calls from this number a day.  It is extremely annoying.  There is never a message and the line is always busy so it is likely some kind of telemarketer or scam.

They say my wife submitted an application, and they need to talk to her, and have her call back.  No more info.   I told them "try to find her # and tell her yourself".  They keep calling me.

This number 561-453-9763 calls my cell phone (AT&T) between 9am- 9:30 pm (est) They have hung up, they have responsed to my "hello" asking for an unknown name to be, where I have asked to be removed from the call list, they either hang up with no response at my reqeust or are beligerent in response triggered to insult and or upset me. How does one stop the harrassing calls?

I have received over 40 calls from this number
since mid march.  They call two to three times a day between
9 et and 6 et. I have tried to answer but no one is ever
On the other end.  If you call the number it is a non working number.
They are calling my cell, I am on Verizon, and do not give this number out.
How do you get them to stop????

received a few more calls from this number on 4/15/2011. one of them asked me if my "application" was still valid. i said no, take me off your list. this number has not called me in 3 days!!! since friday, april 15th. THANK GOD!!!

I got several calls a day from this number, I did answer, they asked for Brian each time, I politely stated that no Brian has this number (cell phone) and asked to be removed from their call list both times. The second time this Afro American man proceeded to say very angrily  "you dont have to be a smart a** a***ole, you didn't tell me"

decided to answer...supposedly they are from chase financial (i think, they are fast talkers) and are calling about an application i submitted for financial assistance with my credit card and medical bill debt. yes i have debt but did not submitt any apllications whatsoever. when i tell them i didnt and to remove me from their list they hang up. my cell phone provider is verizon.

This number has been calling me since the end of March 2011.  To date I have gotten 28 calls from them. Mostly (2) calls a day, but sometimes (3) calls.  I never answer it as the first & second time I did, no one was there.  The number is a "NON-WORKING" number when I call it.  My cell phone provider is STRAIGHT TALK.  I wonder if every number they're calling is a STRAIGHT TALK number.  ST told me I could get a new number if I wanted.  Trying to determine their motivation to "harrass" people.  Had the thought they were attempting to get ST customers to change providers out of receiving these frustrating calls.  Don't think DO NOT CALL  will help as the number isn't registered to anyone.

They have called me repeatedly over the past few weeks.  Not once have they left a message.  I have filed a complaint with the donotcall.gov twice.  Decided every time they call, I'm filing a complaint, listing the date and times they have called me.  Seems I read somewhere that the number of complaints is what actually gets them fined.

This 561-453-9763 number called  my cell phone yesterday around 5:20 PM.  My husband answered for me because I have laryngitis.  He said that it sounded like a drunken woman and could not understand her.  He told her that she had the wrong number and hung up. This morning at  around 10 AM this number called my cell again. I did answer and whispered "hello?"  and then they hung up. Very weird.

I have a limited number of daytime cell minutes and after I hit the limit I have to pay.  Can I  complain to my provider?
