I spoke with the individual responsible for these calls. After a bit of research, she was able to identify the probelm and resolve it.

Dozens of calls on my (and my kids) cell phones over the weekend offering auto financing options. You can press 1 and then leave a message and someone will call you back.
After hanging up several times, I finally did press 1, asking to be placed on the no-call list. Stupid auto-dialer software still keps calling me even after I pressed 1 and left a message.
