Got a call from this number today. They said they are Retirement Education Services. They knew I was turning 65 soon and wanted to meet with me at my house (!) to give me information which was free. When I questioned the validity of the organization by asking who pays this RES, the rep. said he was not able to give out that information. I said I was not comfortable with a stranger coming to my house. He said fine and that I am asking too many questions!!!! So, he hung up! I was dumbfounded. Be cautious.
