Pesky computer generated BS call

Keeps calling every day. How can I block it?

Received a call from this number claiming to be August Belmont CO. Wants to research my mortgage to see if Bank of Amigo can confirm the actually own my mortgage. Used to belong to Countrywide. He claimed if filed in court in my county, they may be able to have a judgement against B of A and judge will dissolve my mortage and the home is mine free and clear. THEN he wants paid approx 135.00 a month zero interest over 7 yrs. That is their fee for this service.
