Calling my personal cell phone- these people should not have the right to do this

Phone number is the same for National Finance

These people call me every few days looking for William Sargent. I have his old # and they wont take me off their calling list. They are rude and the last rep. hung up on me. From now on when they call I am going to pretend to be William Sargent and mess with thier heads. I may as well have fun with it if they wont stop.

i got a call from this number and they said it was a business matter- I do not own a business I do not know what this is about
