Called me twice this afternoon at 1:26 and 1:28 p.m. would not respond

Yeah they call me about 5 times a day as well, can someone please do something about this? I filed an informal complaint with the FCC, but that can take DAYS to go threw.

I also received a call from this number they told me they were with the American Auto Benefits based in AZ. So i looked up and found a website and called them they said they do offer the gift card only if you join there membership so basically they sign you up and take money out every month.

I keep getting call after call from them. And a lot of times it's during school. It's annoying, I don't answer my phone to any unkown numbers. My friends will either answer or call back though. And I don't even drive, and I'm still a minor in igh school...

This number has called me for 3 days at least 6 times.  The last one asked me why I just didn't give in.  I hope they do something about this soon.  Whoever can or will do something. I have told them to take my number off the call list but they keep calling.

They have called my cell phone at least 15 times today.  I did not answer any of the calls and thank goodness I didn't after reviewing all these posts.  Never give your credit card information out to these guys.  That is all they need to do Identity Theft on You.  The havoc they will raise is endless.

I've received 2 calls today from this number and I didn't answer it, because I simply don't want to waste my phone credit on commercial calls. It's Sunday night and I've never received commercial calls who'll call me at this time.

I believe that this is a scam.  They want to give you a $200 gas gift as long as you provide them with info.  They have been calling our home for the past 3 days including today Sunday starting at 8:30 this morning.  BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a company trying to send you a gas gift cetificate that you qualifed, so they say.  They have been callinng me all day  (Sunday) since 8:30 this morning and it is 7:18 and just receive another call.

I have answered the phone twice for this number, both times to tell them to stop calling me.  But they call every day.  I am sick of it.  They are nasty telemarketers.....never give out your home phone number at any store!

I have received several prank calls from this number...just breathing and then they hang up. But today they answered and offered me a $200 gasoline debit card if I would pay a $2.00 processing fee (over the phone with a credit card). HaHa! I think its laughable that they expected me to give out my credit card number on a cold call. Also, if a telemarketer has to think about what company he is with...it's probably a scam. BE CAREFUL, they prey on desperate people in a rough economy.

I have received calls all day from this number from men that can barely speak english.  I have told them repeatedly not to call...and have received calls all day.  So my take is how could any legit company ever rely on cold calling due to abusive companies like this.  Do they really think anyone is going to do business with them.  How do you file complaints against abusive companies like this?

This number calls me repeatedly in odd hours, always two or three times in a row. I hope they get past my number on their list soon
