i just received a call from this number asking me if a  received help from  the government like foodstamps and medicaid in spanish. But i dont know where they got my number.

I just got a call from this number 1888 882 9301, i answer and all i could hear is people talking in the background. Could not destinguish what they were saying but after 23 seconds they hung up.

Does anyone know who is calling from this number? I have been getting calls while I'm at work. It is getting annoying.

I recieved the called from 888-882-9301 and I didn't answered either.

I just got two calls in a row from this number.  I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.  Anyone know why they are??

I got a call on 4/3/2012 at 9:53am.I got a message that say "The kidnapper has been arrested!" It is spam. Shortly after you will receive a message from Ph :956587-5066 from the City of Edinburg, Texas. In the Border Corridor. Hate Spammers!

I received a call from this number today but was not around to answer. I called back and had a brief conversation with a man who only spoke Spanish. He would not give his name and acted like he could no longer hear me whylen I asked why he called. So I spoke english and he Hung up.

Recieved numerous calls today from auto dialers and from this number as well. As usual, just a bunch of B.S. they won't answer any specific questions and hang up when you ask them.

I signed up for the so called " NO CALL" list and still keep getting these calls. Another government scenario that doesn't work right.

I got a call from 1-888-882-9301 at 3:36 PM on Feb. 27 2012. I did not answer the call, they did not leave a message.

Have gotten 3 calls from this number this week all at about 4 p.m. MST.  A lady with a heavy accent asks if I speak Spanish.  I say, "No," and she quickly hangs up.  The third time I asked her to stop calling me and she said, "No," so I hung up on her.  Won't be answering calls from this number again.

Got a call from 888-882-9301, didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number. They let phone ring many times as I do not have voice mail.

This person called me right now asking something about government, i couldn't really understand what he was talking about.

Got a missed call from them today. From what others have posted it's probably someone phishing for personal information

Got a call a while ago. I answered and they hung up. I called three times. Some Guy. Named Maurice answered and hung up on me twice. The third time when I called asking for a supervisor he pretended he could not hear me.

they called my cell ph early this morning..I didnt recognize the # so I didn't asnwer. They did not leave a message

The caller identified herself as a representative from "New Talk".  Not sure, since she had a heavy accent.  I called back and the person who answered claimed that New Talk had been contracted by the US Government to make sure that I was getting all of the benefits from my phone service.  When I asked specific details about which department of the government or to speak to a supervisor, they quickly hung up.  I called back several times to speak with a supervisor without any luck.
