A guy named luke (poor english) stated he was mailing me a check for a.truck i have for sell in craig list. The check its coming with 1600. Extra for a shipper to pick up after  the check clears my bank. Ummm weird and suspecious because he didnt even know that the truck is so beatup is not worth what i asked for. He.didnt even know what i was.selling. Amyways, im waiting for check to come by mail so i can report him to FBI.

I have the exact same scam from god knows which name and female or male, I had a craigslist posting for my safe and the exact words the loser used the 15 people above me, paypal and there fake paypal emails, and on and on.. I obviously figured scam when get $900.00 in cash and take to western union, really give cash on my sale item and then find a western union on my sale item.. Loser has lost his mind, I'm not stupid and definetly do not like dishonest criminals that take advantage of people who may not be handicapped or have a disability.. Exact same thing. Same shipper name and address. The person now even says I'm scam and threatened to report to FBI LOL

We just received the exact same email from "Anita Ford", with the same address for a western union money transfer.  When we said we didn't understand why we had to send money, they started to get insulting.  I already knew it was a scam at this point, as they were using fraudulent Paypal emails.  Glad to know that we are not the only ones, we were trying to sell a bass guitar!  I reported it to Paypal spoofs, but who knows if they can catch these people.  The email address that "Anita" is using is dxodysbvd@gmaill.com, which comes up Jessica Morgan on our comp, but says "Anita Ford".  Said that they were at the Air Station in Or.  Sick, just sick.

I had drums on Craigslist and received a e-mail from a man named Kester F Edward Jr with the same message, word by word. He was a scammer and I also received a e-mail from Lydia Smith that is a scammer and I think they are working together.

The same person or group is using this scam on craigslist, I was contacted by Anita ford an offshore marine engineer no less. I knew something was up when she wanted to purchase the guitar for her son in Ohio then the shipping address was in NY. The scam is to pay you through Paypal and send $4-500 more than the purchase price and then thru Western Union get the overage paid back. fake Paypal emails were sent (very poor quality spoofs) stating the payment was made, Meryl White--- robinbrih1@gmail.com was the paypal i.d, I sent an invoice first and gave no information out. I'm only out an hours time but I wish scum like this could be tracked, maybe the Drone ops need someone to practice on.

I just received exactly the same email in response to an ad I placed on CraigsList for a guitar amp. Sounded weird to me so I did a google search on her email address and found this site. Seems like this person is targeting people selling music related items. Very weird and I'm glad I hit the delete button after reading that email.

I have been getting multiple emails from her on various items for sale, all over $500. That seems to be her trigger. I just keep deleting. I am done with CL postings, real tired of the scammers.

I was suspicious of this person from the start. When I used Google earth and typed in the her address and found a vacant lot. Plus she met a lot of the criteria listed on Craigslist for possible scams. Then on top of it all she wanted me to trust her shipper and I new my property would vanish. So I insisted on using my own company to ship to a specific address at her expense and signing upon delivery. Guess what! No more communications from her. She even claimed to be an honorable woman in one of her emails. Far from it. We need to be careful out there.
