First, if you've been victimized by RW or his associates in the past, NOW IS THE TIME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT. We've posted MULTIPLE times with the detectives and POs numbers in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Mainly the detectives BROWN, FEICK, AND KEUCHNER will need the dates, flights, hotels, stolen cc's, stolen ID, etc. THAT is what will stick. Unfortunately, saying "he told me he was a famous rockstar and so I gave him money" won't stick in court. It's the stolen credit cards, IDs, flights and hotels paid with same that will bring additional charges. Sorry to say that, but it's the truth.
If you're worried about getting busted, don't. They just want charges on Robert Weiner. Hello everyone!!
I have been waiting for this day to come for a very long time. The time is where I can make my last post on here and put Robert Weiner out of my head for good, or until he's been sentenced and the to the time he's released from prison, which I suspect will be a fairly long time from now! On that note, we are not expecting him to have the opportunity to be bonded out as he is a flight risk.

You will NOT have to go to Florida to file the charges, and you WILL not have to physically go to court, you will be able to give you statement to the judge over the phone. There is a lot of visibility on the case right now and I'm sure the Broward Sheriffs Office would LOVE to press more charges agaisnt him. Although Robert Weiner has picked himself up 7 new charges, I don't believe this is enough to get him locked up for the rest of his life. Someone like this animal needs to be behind bars FOREVER!!!

Attention All Victims:
I am very sorry to hear that you were a victim of Rob Weiner, just like myself.
However, a person claiming to be in law enforcement is accusing me of being part of this scam.
He hides his identity but his email address and posting alias is JusticeForrobertWeiner@hotmail.com.
Unfortunately, he is a criminal himself by making false accusations that I am involved in this scam and releasing my personal name and phone number to victims which
have since harrassed me due to his intent. Is this the right thing to do? How would YOU react?
He has been making domestic terrorist threats to me which I have recordings of. The majicjack number he hides behind is being traced as we speak.
We have started a criminal case against this person, JusticeForrobertWeiner@hotmail.com, who is obviously intentionally trying to lure victims and turn them into
criminals. Like he is doing to me.
We have not yet determined his real identity yet today, but I have been contacted by people saying his full name is possibly Jay Saball. Regardless, his identity will
be revealed very soon.
If you reply back I will have my attorneys speak with you in details if he has intentionally tried to lure you in as well. We do not hide behind aliases or false phone
numbers and emails like JusticeForrobertWeiner@hotmail.com.
He is posting false allegations about me as being part of this scam. Do not believe this.
He has ZERO proof of this.
Although he sent me an email today claiming that he has me on video tape meeting with Rob Weiner 2 times within the past 2 weeks, which I can easily prove is FALSE. He
is making false accusations without knowing the truth! He apparently learned this from someone else and has NO evidence himself but yet is terrorizing me.
He is intentionally trying to set me up using false information. I can forward anyone the emails showing his accusations including assuming that I am guilty and
calling me a "scum bag" and that he is watching me which is terrorism, stalking and harassment.
He is also committing crimes by posing as a law enforcement agent which are being handed over to the justice department, FBI and police departments in the county that
he resides in. Yes, we have tools as well to catch a criminal if needed.
We also have recorded messages threatening me, that I can provide to any person even if you want to remain anonymous.
YES, it is true that I knew Rob for about 1 week, which was a year ago in which he convinced me that he was the bassist for the band, Stone Temple Pilots, and made me
pay apx $2k for strip clubs. I have not spoken to him in at least 1 year. I AM WILLING TO TAKE A LIE DETECTOR TEST TO PROVE MY INNOCENCE. My team and I are also
prepared to spend every last dollar to put JusticeForrobertWeiner@hotmail.com in jail for trying to intentionally slander my name, my business and intentionally put my
life in danger by making false claims. As you can see, I AM A VICTIM not a criminal. But he is so determined to put Rob in jail that he is not thinking straight and is
targeting the wrong person. Unfortunately for him, he did things AGAINST THE LAW and is now going to be dealt with by law enforcement officials who understand my
position and anger.
I am not sure if Jay is a real law enforcement official, like he claims to be, but my team of lawyers and law enforcement officials are working as we speak to

Two thing I forgot to mention (I authored the above post). Since I'd originally promised him that if he didn't pay back the money he stole, I'd watch him go to prison or jail. I was the only person in the court on Dec 7th, 2011, room 5900 (Judge Bobers courtroom), 201 SE 6th St, Fort Lauderdale FL, 1:30pm, Wednesday. He even told Judge Bober that it was a 'one time crime', and when asked why he was impersonating Rob Bourdon of Linkin Park, his response was "Rob is a close personal friend of mine." Unbelievable. Anyway, Robert Weiner, I kept my promise. Remember me? I was the one who smiled and waved 'good bye' to you as they cuffed and printed you.
Second thing (Actually more important that the first). Two of the victims never had to come to Florida, even in the sentencing hearing. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE IN FLORIDA TO CHARGE HIM!!. Judge Bober called both, announced they were on 'speaker phone' and who was present in the courtroom, and that this was a sentencing hearing for Robert Weiner. He asked them what their thoughts were in sentencing RW. One girl even said "I know my profession is on the edge of society, but it doesn't excuse him from victimizing me." He basically asked them, do you want me to jail him? Very professional judge. (To the west coast victim, you handled it perfectly...very classy. You have more guts than most guys I know).

Robert M Weiner has been sentenced and jailed at the Broward County Jail on Dec. 7th, 2011. His three charges were 1 & 2) Grand Theft 3rd degree, and 3) Possession of Hydrocodone (Vicodin). He received three 180 day CONCURRENT jail time, with 27 days off for 'time served'. He also has to pay a total of $2,680 (plus court costs) to two SPs, be on Drug Probation for 5 years, and Suspended DL for 2 years. He SHOULD be getting out around May 10th, of 2012, but the jail website says he's slated to be released @ March 10th, 2012. His DOB is 4/23/1969. He has an old FBI # of 338029MA3. He was living in Deerfield Beach, Fl, but may have moved to Sunrise, Florida. He mainly targets SPs, as he (quoting him talking to a detective) "Good luck getting the [removed:lang] to come forward!" THE BAND SCAM. A SP gets an email from a guy posing as the manager of a famous/semi-famous hardrock band, stating that the drummer or bassist wants to hire her for AT LEAST two days in south Florida (mainly Deerfield Beach, Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale), and will pay her going rate. Usually the airline ticket is paid with a previously stolen credit card. The 'manager' will ALWAYS ask for your full name and correct date of birth (first steps of committing identity theft). The SP arrives, usually finds she has to rent a car and pay for hotel, as RW states "My wallet was stolen", or "My manager is bringing me several thousands and new credit cards tomorrow" or both. He likes to hang out at casinos, pretend he's going to buy expensive cars (takes you to a high-end car dealership), art galleries (going to buy expensive art), crack houses, and his fave hangout was All Stars Sports Bar and Grill in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He will ask you to 'temporarily loan him' as much money as he can get from you. Usually he will have you drive him to a local drug dealer where he can purchase several hundred dollars worth of crack cocaine, and use it in front of you. He will try to steal your credit cards, cash, identity, rental car, belongings, and time. At some point within 48 hours, he'll bail on you, usually saying he's going downstairs to get your money from his manager. He's gone, and your stuck in Florida. I don't know about you, but I sure slept well last night knowing Robert Weiner was locked up!!!!
I just wanted to provide an update from the virtual team who is trying to bring real justice to Robert Weiner.
Yes, Robert Weiner is behind bars but only until March 2012. As you all would agree NOT NEARLY enough time for such a predator!
Here's what we are doing:
1) Through the District Attorney and the Detective we are going to get clear direction on who his victims should come forward to.
2) Through the District Attorney and the Detective we are going to get clear direction on what is or is not required of the victims ie: no risk of criminal charges to the ladies, phone testimonies are the ideal option both for initial complaint and for all court dates
Once we have this information we will blast via this blog plus via other avenues.
I also wanted to share with you in advance that the virtual team that we've assembled consists of people both male and females and EACH of us have been somehow victimized by this guy. We have ladies on the team that are in the industry, have websites, and phone number which can all be tied together and verified.
When we roll out a concrete plan on the best way to bring this to the 'market' (market meaning to all of RW's victims) we will share with everyone.

I don't know about you, but I sure slept well last night knowing Robert Weiner was locked up!!!!
I just wanted to provide an update from the virtual team who is trying to bring real justice to Robert Weiner.
Yes, Robert Weiner is behind bars but only until March 2012. As you all would agree NOT NEARLY enough time for such a predator!
Here's what we are doing:
1) Through the District Attorney and the Detective we are going to get clear direction on who his victims should come forward to.
2) Through the District Attorney and the Detective we are going to get clear direction on what is or is not required of the victims ie: no risk of criminal charges to the ladies, phone testimonies are the ideal option both for initial complaint and for all court dates
Once we have this information we will blast via this blog plus via other avenues.

The only way we can get this guy behind bars is if YOU ALL come forward. The police will NOT charge you 100% - you haven't done anything wrong!!
