Spam call from "accessmyrecords.com" trying to sell 'non-transferrable' shares of this company to me.  Of no use to me.  Further, this company is so new to not have a track record as of yet.  They say they will be profitable, but then so were a lot of companies last year that aren't here now.
I would also worry about a large fish swallowing this market whole and leaving this company dry on the shore.

Pitch is for medical records that can be accessed by emergency workers, doctors and hospitals via smart phones or the internet.  You carry a card with you that has coded contact info on it or similar and they use this code to get access to your info in an emergency.  Good idea, but you still must trust this third party with private info and trust that they can safe guard your info from weirdos like WikiLeaks and hackers.  Good luck - especially if the US Military and the State Department can't manage the task -  how do you suppose that a start up can?
