You know you can call and have the number blocked from calling you. I know they have other phone numbers, but block all the numbers. They can only have so many numbers and your problem will be solved.

This woman called me at 6:00 a.m.!! Woke me up and said "since your up now want to talk about an education in...." career finders is the name of the stupid company bugging people. You can't even call them back to complain.

Dunno how they got my number..but chances are its just a way to get information for identity theft... but anyway.. they call and i called back to see who it was and it said "This call can not be completed as dialed" soooo..they call again im reporting them for harassment.

just got my first call from this number. The man spoke with a middle east accent and I looked up the number right away since I don't know or transact business with anyone in Florida. And my number is already on the do not call list.... are they blatantly ignoring the list? And what can a person do? Press harrassment charges?

These people are very annoying. I am very patient but they call me everyday and i have a hard time hearing them because they have very thick accents, but i still take the time to listen to them because hey that's their job. However, they call and ask all these questions and i told them i am already attending college and the guy said "okay forget it..." and hung up on me. whatever i brushed it off. then i get a call today and ask to be taken off the list and how they got my number in the first place and i get completely ignored. Next time i'm going off, i cant wait. Because I KNOW THEY'LL JUST CALL BACK TOMORROW. ITS MORNING THEY SHOULD NOT BE CALLING THIS EARLY

This person called me and said his name was Calvin from Florida.  He new my name and address and wanted my social. Freaked me out

these f***s are scammers only they text, email, and call im reporting them tomorrow i have received calls from different numbers as well

This number has been calling the last couple of days but when we pick up no one is there. It immediately calls back a second time.

This number called me twice today. Feb. 28, 2011. No one answered but I heard people in the background then they would hang up. It sounde3d like they where laughing. Just want to know who they are....I'm a bit annoyed.

I have asked that they quit calling but they keep calling. Just got another call today at 10:00am and the guy said his name was Jeff with an Indian accent and after I told him I wasn't needing any of their grants he told me to go to Hell. I want these people to stop and something done about it.

When they called me, my caller ID stated that it was from Florida.

Was told that it was the Untied States Department of Education.  Told em to not call.  Got called an a**.  So turned the number over to the US Department of Education.

I'm not sure, but I think this number is somehow associated with Kaplan College.  They don't identify themselves, except to say that at one time I sought information about going to school.  This way, you're led to believe it is indeed Kaplan, when it isn't.  Maybe they buy Kaplan's mailing list, or something.  The calls began after I sought information from Kaplan.

And Kaplan - don't get me started!  They identify themselves and act like nagging mothers.  Their reps call and pretend that I haven't turned them down a dozen times:  "You could at least have given us a courtesy call to say no," they say each time I make or take a call in which I say no.  They're the lint of the Internet.  I cannot shake them off.

I also keep getting phone calls from this number all the time and they do not leave messages. I was also getting 800# phone calls and told them to take me off there do not call list. They finally did after I told them for nearly 2 months and went through the automated messaging and so forth. But now I am getting the phone calls from (561) 917-1768 and they do not leave messages. I will not answer their calls either because I do not answer phone numbers to people's numbers that I do not know. I am tired of the telemarketing companies and people that just dial random numbers whenever they feel like it. I have too much to do besides sit there and answer my phone all day and night from people that I do not know or wish to talk to.

scammers don't talk to them call police and rreport them. call peoples jobs it is time to stop them.

A guy called from this number and said he was with College Finder...when I said I wasn't interested he said, "get an education you f****** c***" and hung up. He had a really thick foreign accent and when I tried to call the number back it said the number was either disconnected or no longer in service...this number has come up on my phone dozens of times but today was the first day I answered...

This number calles atleast twice a day; They start off being nice and then when I asked to be removed from their list the man with a South Asian accent goes.."Listen here idiot, you don't know what I want..." at that point I hung up and tried to call it back and then the operator states its not a valid number. I want to know how to report this person and company.

I AM GETTING REALLY F***ING TIRED OF HAVING THIS NUMBER CALL MY CELL PHONE ABOUT 3 TIMES A DAY FOR THE PAST  4 WEEKS. IT IS NOW BECOMING HARASSMENT AND I WILL F***ING TAKE THEM TO COURT WHEN I FIND OUT WHO THE HELL THEY ARE. I too got call from this 561 917 1768 number, asked all details, they did'nt tell clear info.

This person is calling and never leave a message... I never answer because I work and usually asleep at the time of the calls. I'm tired of seeing this number on my cell and no message.

Even after telling them to stop calling they tell me I am being rude! Who is this!
