My experience exactly.  I'll never use them again.  Their septic tank stuff may be world class but it takes so long to evaluate but their constant harassment turned me off.

tell me about it, my brother ordered something from FBK and had to use my moms card, because it was for her new home. but he  found out, it was not what he thought it was. and  he paid for the 1st 1, and told them not to send anymore. to cancel it. well they truned around and about 6-8 months after my brother had canceled it. they sent another 1. and put my momns name on it. well my mom told them that she did not wont it or need it. and she told them that she was going to send it back. they told her she could not, that she had to pay for it. they sead that they had her on there recoreder asking them to send it to her. but she knows she was not here, because she has been sitting with my aunt at my aunts house the last 6 to 8 months and she was not here. but they could naver find the recording for her so she sent it back anyway. and that was last week. now they just called again and left another massage. I am getting tired of them. one day I am hopeing  we can put a STOP to this companys rude behaver. and there did honest behaver. but that is alot of work,..

They are calling me every day and I am already on the Do Not Call list. Since I have caller ID I don't bother picking up because I don't know anyone in Boca Raton at 561-962-0988.

Call their 800 number and request your phone number be removed from their calling list.

I suggest that you also contact the Florida Attorney General about this company.
Although I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry since its inception, they have continued to call me frequently also. Like yesterday, February 14, 2010, at 9:57 a.m. on a SUNDAY morning.
My complaint had been filed with Florida's Attorney General this morning, after I was rudely spoken to when I demanded that they stop calling me.

561-962-0988  They call before 8am any day, and say it's not their fault it's early, the computer dials the numbers.  I have asked to be removed from their lists and have stated I never want to speak to the warranty man, very rude, again.  Will not buy from them ever again.  This is plain and simple harrassment.

they have been harrassing me for 4 years, I want to take legal action. they can only call for 18 months after buying their products and i have at least 300 logged calls nad thats not including the first batch of harrassment. they always promise to remove you and yet they keep calling. day and night all hours 8-9 mon-sun. relentless in their pursuit. I need legal counsil for my mental anguish.

This is FBK products.  We have had a very bad experience with this company and have had an almost impossible time getting them to stop called.  Yesterday they called me and began to explain a product I was not interested in.  When I hung up, they called back a short time later and put a rude message on our answering machine.  We have just signed up with the National Do Not Call registry to try to put a stop to this.  We tried to call the number back, but the phone just kept ringing.

then get all those cards you see in magazines and news papers etc, the ones you fill out to subscribe to magazines or buy junk products and fill them out with the address for fbk products and put them in the drop box at the post office.

Never done business with them nor have a need for any of their garbage they hawk from their website https://www.fbkproducts.com/ plus I have been on the DONOTCALL list since the day it went online.
So, they are criminals, violating the FCC regulations regarding Phone Solicitation and violating the National Do Not Call registry. WHo wants to do business with criminals that are breaking the law when they call? Not me. I guess I will give them props for not further violating the law and blocking their caller ID info.

I received (another) call from FBK Products and the caller representing FBK products was very rude and hung up in my ear when I asked to be taken off their phone list.

I bought a product from this company in 2005.  I sold the property last year and asked them not to call me anymore.  They continue to call, the last time at 0800 this Saturday. The caller continued to try to engage me after I repeatedly told him I did not wish to be called. I asked him for his name and told him I would count on him to relay the message to stop the calls.  He continued talking, so I hung up.  Then, he called right back and told my husband that I had rudely hung up on him and that he didn't want me using his name (Gilbert). He then found out the real meaning of rude!

I appreciate your information.  I have had a bad experience with FBK Products, otherwise known as SBK Products, and I even reported them to BBB and they won't quit calling, even though I returned their product as I thought it was OVER PRICED.  I do not recommend this company!  Check them out with BBB - F rating!

They called, I didn't recognize number, let the answering machine pick up, no message.  

I called this number back and this is another FBK phone number.  (Which I am going to be adding to my complaint to donotcall.gov) So, these people have ATLEAST 3 numbers now that they call you from.  (I guess once you report one they call from another)
