yes it is a spam number a man who is indian and he he very nasty saying you owe him money when you dont and if you fight him on it he calls more and harasses you more and then he threatens you

This man called me and threatened to put me behind bars for what I do not know.  I can't even really understand him but he also told me I will lose my job my family and he said he will personally track me down to put me in jail.  He really scared the crap out of me, I have done nothing wrong, what in the heck is this junk.

I have been receiving calls for about 2 weeks. The #5622520381 keeps coming up on screen. The calls
have been coming in on my work phone. Heavy India accent and rude.

They have been calling for months. Same thing. thick Indian accent from a jerk who says he is going to come to my house if I do not give my social security number to him. Claimed to be affiliated with the D.A. in California. Called the D.A. and my local police. DO NOT GIVE THEM INFO OF ANY KIND OR CONFIRM INFO THAT THEY HAVE. REPORT THEM AND TELL THEM TO GO FREAK THEMSELVES. THEY ARE NOT OPERATING FROM THE USA. THEY HAVE NO POWER!!!

I, too, have been getting calls from these people, this company, however you want to classify them.  I get calls at work even though they've been told that I have been fired due to their excessive calling.  I work at a Law Office and this doesnt matter to them at all.  We tried the send me paperwork route and they never sent any but do continue to call every week.  They call several times a day and no one bothers to ask who is calling anymore because it gets us nowhere.  All they want is for someone to verify my info, trransfer the call to me, or aks for another contact number.It seems as though more articles are coming out and now they are posing as FDIC so perhaps their boldness will get them noticed enough where it will not be worth their time to harass us anymore.

Called the office twice in two minutes. First time I heard voices but no one answered. Second time someone with a thick accent asked for someone who doesn't work here. I asked if I could help the caller with anything and he said, "No, I want to speak with (unintelligible)." I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. Guess it's the same scam as the others, but my guy isn't very good at it.

They are operating from INDIA - using VOIP and caller Id spoofing - makes them hard to track down + they have to deal with the governements of other countries.

this has got to stop,this cretin from Long Beach needs to be caught up with and hung out to dry.

Have gotten about 10 calls in the past 2 days. In the past few minutes alone they called my cell 3 times and my work 3 or 4 times. They left me a voice mail on my work adn I forwarded it to the local police department as I have an open case from previous harrassment and threatening calls from the same people, same accent.  This time the numbers are 303-747-5932 and 562-252-0381.

The authorities have told me that there is not much that they can do as they are most likely doing this electronically, skype, gmail phone. I was told that they are probably out of the county.

The callers use differnt names for their companies: Dept of Law & Investigations, Departtment of Crime prevention. This last caller said they were office somebody. Thick accent, rude and threatening.

I am not answering my phone.

562-252-0381 Jack Michael called our company 25 times, tying up our dispatch phone lines asking for a field technician that does not even come to the office.  He harrassed the women horabily! Please report him to the officals.

I have received several phone calls from the same guy calling for an Elizabeth.  I don't even know any Elizabeth's.  He says something about going to court and getting arrested if he is not contacted.

I received such a call first time a few months ago.. Kept calling and threatening etc...finally told him (loudly): f*** you..do you understand English? f*** you.. never ever called me back again...:-)

the only way to stop the calls from these scam artists is to change your number. I have filed several differant complaints with the police department and have been told there isnt anything they can do.

This number called me today and left me a voicemail for my boyfriend to call him. I thought this was odd since we have no bills or information together. When I called back, the rude middle eastern man asked for my bf's old boss. I KNOW that my info should not be on anything regarding him. When I asked what this was about he would never told me and hung up on me. I called back bc I do not want my info out there and wanted to know WHY he was calling my phone. He proceeded to say "you're mother is a wh**e and that's why you were born bit**." Needless to say I called him several names. I am wondering if this has to do with pay day loan internet references since my bf's old boss got tangled up in that horrible mess. Either way...they are rude scammers,

that person is calling me four times, he said  couse i love you, did you forgot me, i think he is bad bad person, he called my again, and again. stuped men.

I'm just wondering if lots of people had called to the police, why does this guy still exist and his number is still using??

Had these hindu moth******ers call me again today. Claimed to be an "Officer of ze law" I asked for his badge # and he informed me "I am only a paralegal assistant officer of the law. we do not have badge numbers"

Have been receiving these calls for months and months from these people.   Always at my work.   I don't owe any money.   How can we get rid of these people?   Will it ever stop?

I received this call today 9/10/10. This is the 3rd time in 4 months that I have gone through this same scam just different "company names". Whenever you start asking for info on this "case" against you they get really rude & most times will disconnect the call. I have learned to ignore them but I am changing all my phone #'s that is the best thing to do at this point

someone from this phone number 562-5250381 has been calling me to my cell , I'm scared for what they said , I don't have any issue with anybody and I'm not in any collection department... Someone need to stop this company o whatever is.

I received a call as well today 9/10/10 from the same number and it was a man with a thick indian accent as well.  He claims he is looking for my sister.  I told him he was a scam arrest and he got all mouthy with me on the phone.  I told him I reported him to the police.

I got the same call 8 times in less than 10 minutes today. I called my local police department and they advised me to call 911 and have a deputy come out and make a report. This is not the first time I have had something like this happen. I have had them call my mother's cell phone. THey called me at work last month. Then again on the business phone today. These people will give you your social security number. BE CAREFUL.

I Recieved a call from this number on today & the man said that he was an officer of the Law & that a case had been opened up & filed against me .He had a thick Indian accent ,I just saved the messaged & decided to google the number ,I'll repot them ,but this is so sad .it seems like no info is private anymore.
