They called me asking about buying something. I told them that this number was on the "Do Not Call" list and they hung up. Looks like they are out of California.

They called me asking about buying something. I told them that this number was on the "Do Not Call" list and they hung up. Looks like they are out of LA, California. The phone line is owned by Allegiance.

I guess everyone gets a lot of calls from this company called Allegiance Telecom. I looked on the Consumer Affairs website and there must be hundreds of complaints. They are asking for money, time shares, and threatening people. Do not give these people any information!

It's a big Scam! People taking advantage of this time of year.

Received an unsolicited text message, to modify my mortgage. I called the number and it said, the mail box is full and it was a scam.

I also received an unsolicited text message from them.  My phones are ALL on no-call lists.

Got a text as described above at 8:30am.  Also got one from 949-302-9645.  In the past, when I've gotten spam texts I've been able to reply "unsubscribe" and immediately get a text back saying that I was taken off whatever list I got on.  I did this with this number and didn't receive a text back.  Texting spam is the absolute worst!!

I received a spam text from 562-279-4951, offering me a mortgage modification. Immediately after that one, another came in from 949-302-9645, saying the exact same thing.

So, how should we go about battling this?  How do you contact your states attorney to fight this?

got a text message at 7:51am about a mortgage.  I am no the national do not call list.  I will be reporting this to my states attorney general for further action

I keep getting text messages from this number and I need to pay for each text message, please stop this immediately as cannot afford to pay for these messages which I do not require as I am not interested. Thanks

got a text tonight from this # asking if I wanted to modify my mortgage. I don't even own a house, and it came in at 9:20pm. Not too late, but not welcome, either. How do I stop these idiots??

Got a text referring to refinancing mortgages

Recieved a text message "If you are struggling to keep up on credit card payments" First of all - I don't use credit cards. Second, this call came in on my cell phone at 11:20 PM. It is illegal to contact after 9:00pm.(your time). This in itself goes to show you that they are not on the up and up but they are IDIOTS too.

Offered to modify our mortgage.
