Same thing happened to me. 5622658814. She was very rude and brought up my credit. She wanted me to settle out and I told her go ahead and summon me. I'll go to court. I have nothing therefore you get nothing. She got irrate and starting getting personal. Never had this happen to me before.

((((( BEWARE ))) I AM REPORTING THIS FRAUD COMPANY to the FBI & credit bureau companies -  I rec'd a call at work today 8/31 from a girl stating that I was being sued and was going to be served with papers at my job and that I needed to contact 562-281-5219 ( Graham & Associates ) . I contacted the company and they were extremly  unprofessional, immature and rude! They stated that I owed $7800.00 credit card charge from WELLS FARGO (I've never had a credit card from them). he hung up b/c he was a chicken s*** and had no way out and (or) answers to my questions, i called back and asked for their address and woudl not give it to me! ( again - chicken s****! ) these morons thought they coudl get me - WRONG! my credit is clear as a whistle! THANK GOD!
p.s. can't wait to see them on the 5 o'clock news  !! :)

I rec'd a call at work last week from a guy stating that I was being sued and was going to be served with papers that day and that I needed to contact 562-281-5219 and gave me a file #. I contacted the company and went back and forth on who the company was that I owed. They stated it was Capital One (I've never had a credit card from them). They kept getting me to settle. When I ask them to furnish me a copy of the credit application and proof of charges they told me that it would be a $25 charge. I set up that payment, however my Credit Union has stopped all CC charges coming thru from 7 different states unless the card is physically swiped, due to so many fradulant charges. When the card was denied I received another call from another person at Gram & Associates telling me since the charge was denied and I could not settle that day that they are going to go ahead and come after me for the balance of 6100.00. UGH....we work hard for our money and then there are people like this

I keep getting calls from this number...

I got a call from this number around 3pm Wed. Saying I have 24 hours to call them back or they are going to come to my house and job. It's bad enough that there number came up blocked when they called me.  This has scam written all over it.

So I come into work for my manager to say someone called and said I had 3 hours to call back or they were coming to serve me so I google this number and found this called my lawyer and they called the People for them to say that they had someone with the same last name and had no knowledge of me I get home check my messages got another messages from these peoPle this is crazy

A woman called saying she wanted to verify my schedule so that court papers could be delivered to me. She said a complaint had been filed against me and gave me a  to call and a file number. I called and spoke with someone named "Jack Benson" from Graham Associates. He started trying to verify my info starting with my SS#. I stopped him there and said I did not do that over the phone and That I would be happy to settle this all in court. He said good luck with that and hung up. The same thing happened to me 2 years ago with another so called debt collector and they scammed $800 out of me.

i am getting calls from a henry  telling me he wants to serve some paper for legal action telling me to call this company called graham and associates.  when asked for his ph # he told us he cannot give it due to security reasons.   they are relaying this info to another coworker which i beleive is a violation of my rights
