They called twice no voice message

They say they're with "WN  Positions". I thought this was a legit call because "Joseph" on the line said I had filled out a job application for a company in my area (which is true). He sounds both robotic and human with long pauses (no keyboard typing sounds or anything). The only info I gave them was my name and birth date, nothing else. Only then I realize that this was a possible scam. But there's a ton of people out there with my name and birth date, so it's not like they can do anything with that.
