I am having the same problem!! It is VERY annoying and they call mulitple times from different numbers. I have taken my name off the call list several times and it says to give 72 hours...this has gone on for almost 2 weeks! I talked to a person once and she hung up on me also. 1-626-207-9102 this is another one that's still on my recent calls.

i found out they are from Europe with a u.s.a number and they are working to shut them down but every time they do these people just get another number and u.s.a is working to stop these people from calling but dont know what to do yet but i have my number changed and non published so hope that gets something done and hope they stop calling me.......

They are calling me every few hours from 3 different numbers.  I finally talked to a rep and she says to me: "You think they are going to remove your number?" and then she laughed at me.   At that point she hung up.  I called the phone company and they said that I couldn't block the number because it wasn't local.  My only option was to change my phone number.  My number is only about 2 weeks old and they already had it. so this is just ridiculous!!  they have been calling me 3-5 times a day at least, for the last several weeks!  i didn;t even have any idea what kind of business they were or what they were selling until i looked here.  they just call and hang upa nd then if i call back whether or not i press 1 to be removed they just hang up.  I called digicom as suggested here and after i gave them the phone numbers that were calling (562-289-8179 and 626-207-9102) they put me on hold and then waited about 1 minute or two and just hung up on me! i have also field a complaint with the ftc.  anyone with a better idea please post as i just want to make the stupid calls stop!

I believe I have found out the company that owns this number - I just spoke with their attorney.  I would like to initiate a class action against this company as they have willfully violated the TCPA and National Do Not Call Registry.  Each violation of the TCPA is $500 – they have about 4 violations per occurance.

I am not an attorney but I have found one to file the suit on a class action behalf.

If you are interested please e-mail me.  I am going to file suit regardless, but because they have hurt so many others I feel it may be in everyone’s best interest to join a class action law suit.

I requested "Do Not Call".
They called again within 15 minutes!

If you press 1 as soon as they call, you can talk to a representative. If anybody manages to get a real company name or location out of them, please post it here! When I tried I just got a "Bye!" and hung up on. I've filed numerous FCC complaints and contacted digicom as well. Hopefully the ball will start rolling and they'll get fined into bankruptcy.

I get these phone calls at least twice a day from 562-289-8179 and 626-207-9102!!  No one every says anything when I answer and when I call back I get the automated message to press 1 if I don't want to receive these calls.  Well, needless to say I have done it over and over to no change.  It is very annoying.  I took Doots advice and called Digicom at 800-464-5446.  I spoke to someone who says they will enter a formal complaint against both numbers and should remove my number within 24 hours.  I hope this works!!

This is a cell phone number out of CA.  If you call the provider, Digicom at 800-464-5446 you can file a complaint and they will block the call.  Hopefully.  I was getting calls from Too Much Debt and those stopped.  Now getting TV Plus, so I'm on hold as I type w/ the cell provider to file another complaint.  If this doesn't work, I'm changing my phone number.

I got the same thing from 562-289-8179. They call several times a day, and today I finally got through. When I said 'no' to wanting information on how to eliminate my debt, the jerk hung up on me. I called back and pressed 1 but somehow I doubt they'll stop calling.

Look up the area code, it is based in Long Beach, CA.  If enough of us complain to the CA state attorney general the state will have no choice but to shut this unscrupulous, unethical, and unprofessional outfit down.

Just got my first call from this one. There are several of these co's out there.  Yesterday, it was a calls from 626-207-9102 and now it is 562-289-8179.  Try saying really stupid stuff when they ask if you are interested.  Also, apparently it is supposedly against the law for a computerized call to come to you even if it has not been 31 days since you signed up for the do not call registry.  My caller ID identified 562-289-8179 as "TV Plus".  Good luck, I intend to keep trying to annoy them back.

We keep getting calls from these idiots as well.  When spoke to rep and asked to be taken off call list, rep said "wah wah way -- what's your problem" it was downhill from there.  I have reported them to FTC but looks like nothing happening.  Our wonderful government at work.

This number calls everyday, today they they have called me 6 times! When i answer they never say anything, i cna hear background noise then they hang up. I was getting these calls 2-3 times a day for past few days. It is a debt reduction company. I also called the number back and pressed "1" to have my name taken off the do not call list. We will see if it works. Very annoying.

They called 2 times a day about debt consolidation. They refuse to give company name. When I dialed the ph# from *69 it only gave an option to be removed from their call list. When I did talk to a rep they gave me an obscene answer when I asked for company name

tmcallerid facilitates crime against the elderly and disabled.

People who post here are bothered by calls.  
People who do not post here fall for the deals and get ripped off by the criminal gangs that tm caller id and  brings into our homes.

"Debt relief" and "card services" calls are advance fee frauds.  You pay them for a service they say they will provide. They take your money and disappear. end of story.  Thanks fred.

this is not a debt collection company, I have the feeling

they are running one of the old scams of soliciting certain

verbal responses from you, to record, and switch long

distance carriers on you, or a variation of it.

If you press 1, you get transfered to a person. Then they

ask if you "want info on debt relief" if you answer

anything other than yes, they hang up on you.

One time I said yes to see if they would connect me to the

company rep they were calling for, that way I could find

out the name of their calling service, as every time in the

past when I asked for who they are, they hung up on me.

Then they asked a series of other questions. And when it

came to the point they were supposed to get me to someone

to talk to, they hung up on me. I contacted my phone

company immediately, told them what happened, they noted it

on account and made sure no charges or changes would be

made to my account.

So I have filled 2 reports so far about them with the FCC.

I have started recording phone calls from them, havent

received on recently. But I always inform them that I am

recording this phone call and that they have been requested

multiple times to stop calling me and that I have and will

Actually had one of their reps say

(update) I spoke with Fred and told him of the things that have been happening. He said he would get ahold of the company and tell them to stop calling us.

He said most likely this is a company from India etc.. and that the laws dont apply to them.

I also informed him that if this didnt stop I would be filling a class action law suit and naming him in that suit.

These guys are elaborate scammers. They are the same people who call with the automated message "Hi this is Scott". Its the same guy! They actually call from about 15 different phone numbers. The best information I have on them at this time and what to do about them is this:

The phone numbers are possibly being purchased and/or routed through a company called Digitcom located in San Diego, CA. The address may be 2251 San Diego Ave, San Diego, CA 92110. The San Diego police substation that has jurisdiction over that address is the Western Division 619-692-4800 hours M-F 8:30-4:30 western time. In order for their local police to pursue harassment charges against them, you must first file charges in your municipality (where the crime occurred). Ask your local police to teletype the complaint to the Western Division in San Diego so they can pursue the investigation from there.

Digitcom appears to be a company that provides telephone service to other companies. One of their clients that has been linked to these scam phone calls (and other scams as well) is Telephone Management Corporation located in Portland, Oregon. Their address may be 2331 SW 5th Ave, Portland, OR 97201. "David" is the person in charge of all things Digitcom at this company. The Oregon State Attorney General is very interested in investigating them, in addition to all of the above complaints regarding these harassing phone calls, so please call them or file a complaint online.

Also, please file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission as these people are violating several federal laws. You can file online at: www.donotcall.gov
You do not have to be listed with the do not call registry to file a complaint.

The state's attorneys and the FTC have the power and authority to investigate and prosecute these criminals. The BBB does not. Do not waste your time with the BBB. That is a voluntary program. Criminals care nothing about the BBB. They care about making money and not going to jail. Let's hit them where it actually hurts.

This number has called my cell 11 times this week, and 11 times I have put my self on their do not call list by calling the number back and pressing 1.  Today I pressed 1 to talk to the sales person and started to tell them that I had put my number on the do not call list and the guy hung up on me! Great what can you do to make them stop calling.

The caller at 562-289-8179 calls me 8 times a day and also call from a cell phone number 626-207-9102 its says on my caller id cell phone ca and the last two days now they call and hang up so i called the fcc and the attorney general office and made a complaint. the fcc told me if they keep calling you can collect money for pain and suffering so i made a complaint... when i asked to talk to the boss of the place they said hold on and hung up on me.... now they call and hang up on me... some of them are in new york and some in California..... that is about all i know about these people...

I have received about 6 calls from this number in the past two days. They always leave a message but I can't get them to stop calling.

Thanks for your info. i have been getting calls from the same numbers and it is so annoying and frustrating.  I called the direct line you provided and at least somebody there talked to me instead of just hanging up.
