Same issue. Don't know why they call but never leave mesage

The call is referenced to OSHA safety standards and having posters, forms and weekly documentation for your business and employees. As the call went on, the telemarketer slowly transitions the call into asking about the owner, number employees, personal cel-phone number(s), etc. Advised the caller his number has been entered into our "DO NOT ANSWER" call list and it would be published on-line. Not a happy camper!

This person is threatening legal action and I have never done anything .

I seem to get one call a day from these people.  no messages ever left.   I've been a victim of identity theft before.  so I make it to practice never to answer a call I do not recognize the number .  Going to start giving him the flash hang up hahaha.   Most likely a debt collector.  Have many health issues so I have a lot of medical bills.

This is no bank call from Bank of America by any means!!  They have left messages on my phone from this number MANY times stating they are from a company "Legal Caring Services" (look that name up) or at another time "MA & Associates" (that company cannot even be found).  The calls range from they have just recieved papers on my behalf and that "I have been 'notified''. to threatening calls that I will be served with legal documents at my home or work with 24-48 hours and if I want to settle with the plaintiff I need to call them. And always ending with "you have been notified".  They have left messages over 6 months roughly (needlessly I haven't been served yet).   They are telling you they want to sell you services for your bank account for your Social Security number.  DO NOT talk to these people.
 This group is part of an investigation I have going with the FTC for a number of bogus groups of "debt collectors"; I have immaclate credit.  I don't know how they found me, but if they called you I think others will too.  Be very wary.

Looks like they are back to their old tricks.
Called a work number that has to be answered. Heard a beep and hung up the phone since it was obviously an automated call.

Yet another scammer saying there are "felony" charges for a non existent transaction. A scare tactic. They will call you and threaten you with an arrest warrent. They will also call family members. Very rude and unprofessional. Considered harrassment. Report them immediately.

Caller ID said "CDC".  I looked at their history on another forum, and one guy said they were a debt collection service (CDC=____Debt collection?).  My guess is that it's a boiler room operation in San Antonio that changes from debt collection to credit card scams depending on who's footing the bill.  I blocked 'em and hope I never hear from 'em again!!

They call a few times a week, but never leave a message. The caller ID says: "Card Services".  Probably just more telemarketer crap.

So I called back on the number, pressed 1 for English, and then pressed 1 again for "ProtectionPlan Sigup / Speak to a cust rep" (obviously I am not interested in signing up anything...)

When a lady answered my call, I kindly told her my phone number to be removed from her list.  Then she asked me my name and I gave it to her (actually I shouldn't have).  Then she asked me my ZIP and I finally said, "Can't you just remove my number from your list?  I can't give you anymore personal information."

She said the additional information would help her searching my record on her list.  WHATEVER.  She had a few seconds pause and said she had found my record and will remove from her list.

She seemed polite enough to me, with apologies blah blah blah.

Called  8:37am, rang 3 times and leaves no messages.

We get the Texas call, from this number. When we anser the call, they hang up. Who is this? Hello? (hangup). OH well.

No Caller ID came up.  Area Code (210) indicates San Antonio, Texas from the phone book list.
Are these folks supposed to abide by the Do Not Call List...or can they legally get around it...?

Frank is right.  This is a porn scam.  DO NOT VALIDATE YOUR NAME WITH THEM!  If you do, you are in their database.

Bank of America Visa offering accidental insurance.

This is a number that should be reported.  It is a scam to get your information.  If you answer, they know it is a good number and can cross check to get your name and address.  If you have retail identification cards, such as Kroger or Lowe's, they can get your credit card number.  Once they have your information, it is put in a database and distributed to pornographers.  If you see strange charges on your credit card, it is your fault for answering this number.  You should report it to the FCC as I did.  Here is the website:

Get Lost !!

These people have called 4 times in 2 days, but did not leave a message on the machine the first three times. I was sitting by the phone today, (1-4-2012 at 1:50pm) and answered the call. I could hear that this is a boiler room telemarketing call as I could hear them in the background, but the person making this call simply hung up on me. I have a friend with the Bexar County District Attorney's office, and I emailed her about these people this afternoon. I'll report back here if she gives me anything useful that will stop them from bothering people.

EVENTUALLY GOT A PERSON, YES, FROM BOA.  ON THE SPOT I CANCELLED THE CARD. IT HAD A ZERO BALANCE.  GENTLEMAN ON OTHER END WAS QUITE SHOCKED.  ANSWERED HIS "WHY" QUESTION WITH:  WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT HARASSES CUSTOMERS WITH CALLS FOR UNSOLICITED GOODS OR SERVICES?"  HE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT PROMPTLY.

I have been receiving multiple calls from 210-764-4470 daily for some time now.  It is very annoying.  The caller id shows "Card Services".  I picked up the phone just one time to see what they said, and someone started talking who sounded like a foreigner.  I just hung up the phone.  I normally don't even answer it - I leave the answering machine on all the time, and this outfit never leaves a message.

They call several tmes a day and do not leave a message and are silent when someone answers. If this is BOA credit card, I don't have any services with them and they would not admit that they were calling when I called them. I filed a complaint with our state Atty general.

They have consistently  called me at least every day and sometimes twice a day, never answer it,  but it's annoying, their last call was today at 11:59 A.M, and that's when I decided to look up that number.

Called several times in the last month.  Never leaves a message.  I do not ever answer call without definitive and known Caller ID.  A neighbor that blocks her caller ID gets mad when I never answer her call, but I tell to to unblock her caller ID before dialing my number if she wants an answer.  I'm blocking this number on my line.

Called me twice on different days, both times left messages without talking.

This is in regards to a bank of america credit card. I dont have one and I dont want one I have told them that everytime they call but they keep calling.I have told them 3 times now to take my number off their list.

Also, when I answer the phone, I say "Hello". If they reply "Hello?" I hang up. If you call me, be ready to talk.

Shows up on caller ID as "Card Services". I answered the phone, all I could hear was poeple in the background. I sounded like a call from someone in a cubical. I hung up cause they didn't know how to speak.I called back. It was a recorded "For english press 1, for espanial press 2.

Caller ID says Express News! I found no relation to them. I receive 4 or 5 calls a day, I never answer. I have reported to officials as I am on No Call lists and I do not own anyone any money! I was advised this is most likely Spammers fishing for info to use illegally. Interesting all the other names on the Caller ID that appear. Just got a whistle, guess what will be happening to the idiot that calls my number!! Aggravating but I may get the last "whistle"!!! Also 210-764-5165.
