It is a sales position for TransAmerica. You will be selling financial & insurance products for them. At first you will be introduced to 3-4 staffs there, all wearing suits, along with about 20 other job seekers like you, standing in a circle, in this 2 story business building in Brea, OC.
They won't tell you, even after repeated inquiry, WHAT position they are hiring, After a short 5 minute intro by one of them you will then go into a 90 minute infomercial presentation (with powerpoint) on the merits of this company (transamerica); how financially strong, how reputable they are, & how working there will make you rich. Everything EXCEPT what your position will be.
After another 2-3 staff speakers, you finally goes into a room, & this staff member, probably the one who called you, sat you down & tell you that they are hiring a SALESMEN/WOMEN for their products.
Could be for YOU!!! You NEVER know!!!

Well, i received the call of 562-292-9079 yesterday too. He didn't mention what company he is and I said i am visiting San Fransisco, he let me call him back after back to LA and book an interview time. I have no idea why he can wait so long and didn't tell me the time of opening for hiring position or something, that's really wired.

I Just receive a call from this number, asked for to set up an interview tomorrow 7/28/12 at 10:00am on Saturday. address at: 3350 East Birch Suite 200 Brea, CA 92821. The guy claimed he saw my Resume on CareerBuilder.com. I Googled the address and came out with lots of post saying this is a scam.
Wondering if anyone else have received the call recently, and I really need to decide if I should even spend my time driving there on Saturday morning.
