Same person "Debbie Garcia" demanding for money over the phone, with all the personal information from a cellphone  number. becareful it's a SCAM. Reported to the authorities.

Debbie Garcia called me demanding money to be paid by credit card on an old outstanding debt . She said I had only till 5pm today to do so. She also said that it would go onto my credit report tomorrow if I didn't pay her right away. She put me on hold and then at times hung up on me. When I told her I thought this was a scam and that this sounded fishy she got angry and hung up on me.  Watch out for this!!!! She is scamming e everyone!!!

They called my job telling my boss that I needed to call them immediately. They gave a file number and my boss said they kept throwing around the phrase 'cease and desist' but wouldn't go any further. When I called I got a recording that sounded like a cell phone voicemail. Definitely suspicious.

just got a call about papers being served on me tomorrow and wanted to make sure i would be home to sign for them and they had my number but wrong address said i owed . The lady i spoke to was a Demi Garcia said she would find out and call me back in 10 minutes and its been over an hour and no call so I called back and no answer...
