I got call today, they hang up.

Yet another call from these scammers.  It never ends.

I get the same caller id.  Nobody is ever there.  Number is spoofed and they are slime mold.  I really wish we could make these types of spoofed phone calls CRIMINAL.  I say put these punks in jail with pink under ware and bologna sandwiches in the hot desert sun picking up trash for a couple of years.  Anybody with me on this?

Mine too says Luis Huerta at 562 704-2441 but they always hang up.  Thankfully we call screen.  Since it is my area code I think it might be family but still don't answer.  What a tragic job to have, having to make cold calls every day for days on end.  No wonder there are so many crazies out there.  Thanks for your post, some of them don't say the name Luis Huerta so I didn't know if I was looking at same problem as you and others.  It is.

I am ordering a call blocker from Amazon today, the DNC list is a bigger scam than these scum telemarketers .

Another call from these lowlifes.  There has to be a way to shut them down, right?

Tired of the calls

Got my first call from Luis Huerta from a Long Beach, CA (562) number.  I didn't answer & they didn't leave a message.
Glad this forum is here to assure me that Huerta (whoever he really is) is a TELEPEST.    Someone said if you have Verizon or U-verse you can block these calls, but I think I read elsewhere there's a fee per number for this service ($1.50?)

Seems they just LOVE calling me on a Sunday morning.  ID says "Luis Huerta" but I got an idiotic female trying to have a conversation with my voice mail.  Aggravating morons.

NOT!  Woman says she talked to me last year about any projects I MIGHT be doing around the house. And she said I told her she could call again this year, so if I were to do any projects now they would give me a free estimate and 45%off whatever.

You are absolutely right Sherriem.  They just called me (again) at 8:45 on a quiet Sunday morning.  Obviously they are too lazy to rob banks or steal old ladies' handbags.  Just lowlife criminals with neither morals nor ethics.  Nature's rejects.

Ive gotten these calls and logging them since Feb 2014. I have 30 calls logged so far and after researching online and trying to get answers from the callers I've gathered from 5 callers all claim either.. Clearview, Paradise Builders, Home Improvement Center and Home Solutions. Have a feeling Clearview Home Solutions is behind many of these as well as Crown Home Center.

I'm about to actually have these people come out so I get actual business info so I can serve them with my small claims suit.

You all understand that after you tell someone your on a DNC list can they continue to call its a $500 fine for every call after that, it'll cost you about $50 to file and another $10-$15 to serve.

What we can do to stop these people is start suing and filing small claims against them. If we get enough they'll go broke and hopefully change the way they look for business.

Im betting like mentioned before its 1, maybe 2 companies using spoof numbers but continue to call over and over.

I wonder if Luis knows they are spoofing his name on their robo-scum caller ID.

LUIS HUERTA IS THE CALLER ID NAME...but the person talking gives a totally different name. Gives the old lie about "You contacted us in January, to do some home improvements."  Such B***s***. Hate these guys. Losers. I've asked them to stop calling but they call anyway. What's the good in that? They aren't getting any business, so why keep calling????

Frequent calls, but no one speaks. I stay on the line just hear the clicks as caller tries to disconnect.

Call came from 562-704-2441, said Luis Huerta on the phone name.  Claimed he was calling from "Target", and said that housing prices went down and they were offering a 50% discount on something.  Did not stay on to listen to more.  

So sick and tired of idiots calling and not even answering when you pick up the phone.  I can understand why people "go postal" - feel sorry for the people that have to make those calls too.  Believe this was an auto-dialer.  Husband answered the call - no response within 3 seconds so he hung up.

562-704-2441  says Luis Huerta.  Picked up because I thought it was my gardener or house keeper using other phone.   THEY KEEP CALLING... I have asked to be taken off the list.  ARRRRRGHGHGHGHGHGH!

I see most of these posts are from 2013.  I just got a call from this women from a home improvement center?  They have called before.  I told her to put me on her internal do not call list.....she refused.  I told her I was on the DNC list and she said I was not.  I will report the number directly to the FCC but will it really do any good?

and another one today at 10:23 am.  May be related to contractor scammers at 310-730-8110 and 310-645-5971, which also called today.

Called twice today within 2 minutes Luis Huerta then they hung up....

They called me today 3-17-2014 @ 2:50 pm.  I hit them with my air horn !!!  So sick of these people so if they call ME, they're gonna get deaf !!!!
