Change your account numbers, even your banks if you have to.
File complaints with every agency you can.

Change as many of your phone numbers as you can.  Find out if your phone company shares your number and ask how to stop it.  Learn to not answer the phone for unknown numbers.  If you accidentally do answer, do not press any numbers, just hang up.

If you can port one of your current numbers to Google Voice, you can use it to send unknown numbers straight to voicemail.  Then you can block them or send them to a custom recording.  Enable the global spam filter.  Don't put your number online or if you do, use the GV number.  Use *67 to block CID, don't call any toll free number without using your GV number to do it since *67 doesn't work on toll free calls.

If they are still calling and you can't avoid answering, like at work, tell them on the advice of your attorney you are recording all calls and the information will be turned over to the Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force.  It's a real thing and
it sounds more scary than the Federal Trade Commission.

So is 562-888-3671 a scam!!! ???  They did mention graham associates when they saud they are gonna sue me and my wife! Now there scum bags are calling other family members disclosing my personal info. I've contacted BBB. Contacted local pd.  contacted attorney general office. Contacted federal trades commission. Have made a complaint and have given all the info concerning this number agency and this so called Gina Morgan. So what else can I do to stop these low life from harassing me and my wife?

This number keeps threatening me that they are sending the sheriffs office to my work including my wife's. They also said it was a capital one card.  Said to call Gina Morgan.  But funny I called and dropped the law lingo and said I would counter sue for the harassment because she was including my wife of two years which the state of tx won't allow any Debt prior marriage. ""Because the debt was incurred prior to your marriage, you are not legally responsible for your wife's debt. In community property states, debts and income accrued after a marriage can be determined to be jointly held regardless of who did the earning or the spending. However, the earning and spending that happened before the marriage remains separate unless you commingle accounts after marriage."" and of this debt is mine. It's way past the statues of limitations. But funny thing is I Freaking paid for it!! But anyway after said all this. This lady got very pissed and hung up the phone. I called again and she did the same. She didn't wanna hear it. Beware of these people. They are full of crap!!! S*** to be exact. !!! But remember all collection companies are required to state who they are. Who they work for and verbally say this is an attempt to collect a debit any information used will be used for tar purpose. Again Becareful of these lowlife scumbags who Are stealing credit reports and getting personal info and using it to collect a debt. Or past fallin off debt. Thanks.

Beware.  They won't give you their name or anything when they call.  They tell you to call another number.  If they don't answer there is no voicemail.  When you do get a person they won't tell you their company name.  They said if I paid them they would stop calling my office.  I asked what I owed and they said it was a capital one card.  I said I still have the card and it's still open so it can't be in collections.  They said, oh I meant to say chase.  I've never had a chase account and they argued with me and gave me my ss number.  I think this is the next theft ring.  They lie to people to make a buck.  They'll call everyone in your family and office until you give them money to stop.

Scam.  Can't leave a message.  Don't answer the phone they only want to scare you.  Good luck.

They'll keep calling and not tell you who they are or what they want.  Intimidation only.  Hired by somebody who hates.  Watch out theyll call your boss and make you look bad, lol!
